Maam janine is a great and understanding host. Her place is best for big families. We stayed at her unit for a couple of nights and we enjoyed it. The place is also close to malls, terminals and train stations.

I stayed here for my board exam. The place is very ideal and accessible. The grab drivers and angkas riders can easily find the place. It's near every eating spot. One jeep away from Dapitan and St. Jude. The house is very very clean. The room is very clean and nice and I wasn't expecting that we could really use the whole house. You can use the gas stove, TV, even the books on the shelves which are really good! The comfort room is also very clean. Ma'am Gel was very responsive and so kind. She was very understanding with our needs. The place is very superb and you will surely book this every time you need a transient house in Manila :)

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

Roderick's house is perfect for a family's stay, its spacious, has an amazing TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies with your kids. Roderick is also a great host with quick and clear communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place! The room was clean, truly cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby restaurants and very close to the bus terminal, which made our travel plans super convenient. Nicole was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. She even allowed us to extend our checkout time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in the area!

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

A wonderful and beautiful home right near Ayala Circuit. Very accessible to shopping areas and a very safe neighborhood. Pau is an absolute joy as a host, and very friendly and helpful. Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.

We always like booking this place everytime we have an event in Marikinq. It is spacious, clean, and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is very convenient. Love the amenities and the living area especially.

Super clean accommodation that's nearby restaurants. Very quiet location and accessible from Enchanted Kingdom. Ms. Aileen was very responsive and flexible. She provided clear instructions. The whole check-in and checkout experience were easy and self-service.

we felt safe and the place has everything you need for a home. you have your own garage. hope the fridge situation can be addressed as it is partially blocked and we find it challenging to access it.

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Nini's place had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The place itself was homey and was in a quiet community. We had no isssues during our 4D3N stay. Only catch may be the roadside parking (if you are bringing a car) as you will have to adjust to the neighborhood needs. Nini was also very responsive to our inquiries and gracious to our requests. Very good communication.
