The place is so nice and malapit sa mga store.

The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Good location, responsive host and nice room for a quick getaway

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating, even though we checked in late, which we really appreciated. The place itself was awesome—clean, well-equipped, and there were plenty of things to do in and around the area. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The place is very spacious and free of clutter. Its also very accessible to public transportation. Worth the price.

We had a great time during our stay! We enjoyed singing karaoke and playing card games. It was nice that we were allowed to cook since most condo units don’t usually let guests use gas for cooking. It would have been better if there were some basic condiments available. The washing machine, iron, and blow dryer were really useful. We were seven adults, so the living and dining areas felt a bit small to move around in. We also noticed there weren’t any cabinets for storage. But overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience!

The place was spotlessly clean and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short distance to popular malls, restaurants, and cafes. I loved how spacious the apartment was, with plenty of room to lounge around, eat, & work. The view from the apartment was great, and I absolutely loved the modern industrial interior design. So stylish and comfortable! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.

Great place to stay at while around the area. Mall, convenience stores, and restaurants are nearby. Smooth check in and helpful lobby personnel. The room itself is clean and kitchen is almost complete! The massage chair made the stay more worthy. The unit has fast wifi and work area — perfect if you plan to work during the stay. The host is also very responsive and friendly! 😊 Highly recommend this place.

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

I had a great stay. It feels like my own room, and office at the same time. Internet is faster. I’m able to work without interruptions.

Ms. Guia is a dependable host—she answered all my requests and queries. The place is nice, comfortable, and the whole family had a great time. The space is spacious and fit all ten of us. The internet connection is strong and the place is clean. It’s also accessible to nearby stores. The only thing I didn’t like was the attitude of one of the receptionists at Tower 2. We followed the guidelines to dry off after coming from the pool, but she insisted that we were still wet when we came down. I noticed, however, that the floor was already wet even before we got on the elevator and stepped out. It felt like that’s how she treats people she knows aren’t tenants of the condo. I was a bit offended because she immediately radioed the utility staff as if it was our fault. But overall, we had a great time and we’ll definitely come back.

The place was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and even had cards for us to enjoy. The view was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights. Would love to stay here again!

super worth it and affordable! we havent checked out yet & my bf’s already asking when will we book again for this place 😂 linis and super bago LIKE mga gamit to the point we had to search how to use it. very clean pati toilet parang wala pa gumamit. complete set din ng cleaning materials so ang sarap maglinis! 😅 ang ganda pa ng facilities nakakaiyak huhu anyways looking forward to our next stay 😍
