we had a great stay in Jun's place. very homy and aesthetic. my kids love the loft bed with their own tv. I love that they have many open shelves to put our clothes and wardrobe to hang our dresses. I like how it was designed, its very me. they also have comfortable beds and pillows that hugs me to sleep. As a host, it was realy my taste. Its like staying in my unit. Complete amd comfortable with the very basic needs.

Good place, pretty much exactly what’s advertised. Keep in mind that if you have guests, they have to trade in their IDs for a visitor card. That was pretty annoying but more of a building policy than anything else. Great views, great HVAC system, very nice and accommodating host. Would book again

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great decision since we have a busy week in the metro and needed a place where we can rest and relax after the whole day. We love how systematic and accurate the instructions were and check-in was smooth and quick even parking and pool usage since we communicated it with them before we checked in as instructed. Everything in the description of the listing was there and it's also a plus that they have premium accounts ready for most of the viewing sites (Netflix, Max, Disney, & Prime) My husband enjoyed playing PS4 after his long day of work. It's not a hassle to get food even though they only allow minor cooking (boiling, cooking eggs, and minor food) since there are a lot of restaurants around, and Fame Mall is the most convenient factor here. We also love how responsive and accommodating Gio and Ken are. We feel so at ease during our stay. We'll definitely book with them on our next stay in Ortigas!

Superb stay! We stayed here for a night with my family of 11 — and grabe, sobrang ganda at linis ng place. Exactly as described sa post — lahat ng features complete at well-maintained. The house is very spacious and tidy, perfect for big groups like ours. Bonus pa, breathtaking yung view at night — kita mo lahat ng city lights, sobrang relaxing! Perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Special mention sa host na si Von — super bait at very easy kausap. Ang bilis mag-reply and very accommodating. He even went the extra mile and helped us secure a reservation sa Vice Ganda Comedy Club on very short notice — sobrang appreciate namin ’yon! 🙏 Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place with an amazing night view, this is it. Would definitely book again!

Jeff’s place was clean and had enough space for us family of 3. It’s closeby to shopping and restaurants, and there’s a convenience store just right by the lobby. Jeff communicated well with us and was flexible with our late check in. The caretaker, Sylvia, was friendly, responsive, and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. I would probably recommend a handwash in the bathroom and additional toilet paper as we didn’t have a full roll at all. I would recommend Jeff’s place for its cleanliness, value for money, proximity to everything, and the ease of finding it for Grab drivers.

Mark is a friendly host, kind and very responsive to questions/concerns. There was a sudden changed to the room I booked, but made sure the one he replaced is better than the first one. My kids loved the room, felt like a high-tech room. We even extended for another day as appealed by my kiddos. I can say the 2 nights stay was 'sulit' and will certainly back for another great experience. Thank you, Mark!

This was not the original unit we booked. The original unit had some issues and we got bumped to this unit. We would've loved to try the original one we booked since per the host, it's their new unit but this one is also really good. We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's got great view, very easy ro get in! lots of greast restos especially at night!!

Had an amazing stay at her place. I stayed for a week then extend another week and she was very responsive with my request. The caretaker is very nice. I felt so safe and the place is so peaceful. Very secure and private since theres a security in the lobby! Near to a-lot of food chains! seven eleven is just right under the building. Highly recommended! Thanks Maam!

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Tom’s place was highly comfortable and spacious for a group of four. We chose the unit as it has 2 separate rooms (one with a queen bed and another with twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was complete with utensils and cookware. The wifi and other appliances worked perfectly. When we had a minor issue with the AC in the living room, Tom was quick to send a technician in the unit. The issue was resolved immediately. The unit also has a complimentary parking space. Despite the short notice, Tom was able to accommodate our request for parking. The location of the unit is superb. BGC High Street, SM Aura and Market Market are within walking distance. All in all, we’d love to go back to Tom’s place. It’s now one of our top picks when staying in BGC.

Edison's listing truly set a new standard for Airbnb for my wife and I. He was kind and responsive, answering any questions we might have had in a timely manner. Location is at Urban Deca. 10mins away (walk) from Gateway. Please take note that during our stay the building is still under construction so you cannot hang out in the lobby if incase you wanted to wait, make sure you communicate early. Airbnb place is great, worth the price (but small) but you get what you pay for. Clean space, aesthetically pleasing, high pressure water (!! good to know), all amenities described are working properly. Overall, sulit ang bayad!

Will surely book it again :) Ma’am Grace is all accommodating and responsive. Superb place! Y’all need to book it as well :)

Conveniently located connected at sm north. Close also to Phil arena so it’s quite fine for concert goers like us.

The place is nice. Perfect for intimate celebration. The place is clean. Host is friendly and responsive. The only problem we had was the heater for the bathtub is not working. We wanted to take a dip around 11pm and we dont want to disturb the caretaker during that time. The host said the heater needs reset. Over all, we enjoyed our stay ☺️ minor issue and also partly our fault since we didnt ask to test the tub before the caretaker left.

We like how the furniture are arranged which make the spot so spacey in comparison to other airbnb we have booked. We also love the existence of honesty store and how its almost complete that we dont have to go outside to buy stuff. We’ll probably book again.

This is the best of all airbnb's we have tried. The place was really spacious. I really loved the gray modern theme of the unit. There were lots of windows which was really great at night and when it rained. It added to the ambiance and every spot was remarkable. This will now be added on to our 'go to' units in Cubao. Will definitely come again.
