Above Guillestre, this recently renovated house is a true haven of peace, sunny and bright, with stunning views of the Guil River, the Guillestrois and the surrounding peaks. The large openings bathe each room in soft light all day long. The south-facing balcony invites you to contemplate the mountains at any time, and the garden is equally suitable for summer breakfasts and December sun breaks. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
