In winter, it is close to cross-country or alpine ski slopes (Pelvoux is 20 minutes away), climbing, ice climbing, via ferrata, cycling and snowshoeing. In summer you will find lakes for swimming, beautiful waterfalls, and many trails on the road to Dormiousse. Half board or full board can be offered upon request.

As if it were just waiting for your arrival. Time here naturally slows down. You open the door and enter an enveloping atmosphere. The old wood tells stories, the stone retains the freshness of the mountain, and the light gently enters through the large openings.

Very beautiful spacious house - Vars/Risoul/Eygliers

Above Guillestre, this recently renovated house is a true haven of peace, sunny and bright, with stunning views of the Guil River, the Guillestrois and the surrounding peaks. The large openings bathe each room in soft light all day long. The south-facing balcony invites you to contemplate the mountains at any time, and the garden is equally suitable for summer breakfasts and December sun breaks. A stone's throw away, a waterfall punctuates the silence.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
