En hiver, un relevé du compteur électrique est fait à l’état de lieux d’entrée pour sensibiliser à toute surconsommation intempestive. (Voir contrat) Un contrat de location est établi au moment de la réservation. Quelque soit la saison, une ambiance de forêt et ses paysages seront au rendez-vous !

My house located in Saint Véran, consists of a terrace with dining area, parking in front of the house On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen area as well as a living room with bar area, corner sofa and finally a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with bathing, independent toilet, as well as 2 south-facing bedrooms overlooking a large balcony. One with a double bed, another with 2 single beds. As well as a raclette set.
