Een onvergetelijke ervaring. Een perfect verblijf om samen met je beste vrienden te boeken: een bijzonder sfeervol ingericht huisje met een zeer gezellige woonkeuken. Er stond zelfs een schaal met heerlijke verse eitjes voor het ontbijt voor ons klaar. Alles werkte en niets was kapot of verwaarloosd. Beide slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers perfect in orde. Zelden zo'n lekker bed gehad. Kraakhelder, fris en prima matrassen. Het uitzicht was echt fenomenaal. Daar hebben we zo van genoten. Het zwembad was helaas nog niet geopend, daarvoor waren we nog te vroeg in het seizoen. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor de grotere steden in de omgeving. Kortom; wij hebben afgelopen 5 dagen optimaal genoten met z'n vieren! Zeker een aanrader en in alles de moeite dubbel en dwars waard.

Casa en una zona tranquila pero cercana a ciudades como pisa o Florencia. Estaba muy bien decorada y estaba muy limpia. Tiene un pequeño jardín que hace que sea un gran lugar si vais acompañados de mascotas. Stefano siempre atento y responde rápidamente. Si quieres desconectar después de visitar ciudades, no dudes en ir.

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

This was a fabulous place, very cozy, lovely bath soaps, coffee, and very safe inside. The hosts were veryy responsive, checked in with me, and gave great recommendations. It is located very near the piazza and activities. I walked everywhere. The only thing I want to mention is that there is an ethnic grocery store outside next to the building and for some reason many men hang around there outside most of the day and into the evening. I am an independent female and chose to go into the store so, overall, it did not bother me and I did not feel unsafe. The men talked loud and played music outside so customers need to know to allow for that, but they were not bothersome. I played music softly from my phone or earbuds. I loved the mechanical shades that lower to allow for sleeping in. The air conditioner worked very well….thankful for it! The recommended restaurant just a few doors down with garden seating was divine. I would stay here again! I would stay here again.

This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.
An inviting outdoor space is showcased, featuring a wooden table surrounded by matching chairs. A large umbrella provides shade, while a potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Additional seating is visible, complemented by the stone flooring and surrounding walls of the property.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Montecatini. L’appartement est très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare pour vous rendre dans les villes alentours et à quelques minutes également d’un parking gratuit où nous avons laissé notre voiture. La terrasse est un vraie plaisir pour se détendre et prendre un repas au calme après de longues journées de visite. Et merci pour la réactivité de Samuele et Paolo dans la communication!

Bellissima casa corrispondente alle foto : arredata benissimo e pulitissima. Benedetta risponde subito ed è un host perfetto : fornisce tutte le info anche per i luoghi intorno dove mangiare e fare colazione . Peccato non aver soggiornato quando la piscina è aperta , ma spero di tornare 💜

Beautiful, spacious Airbnb. It comes with everything you can think of like laundry soap, arrangement of spices and food containers in the kitchen. It is the attention to detail and the responsiveness from Andrea that sets it apart. Very central location and a short walk to the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb.
