Adam’s place was exactly what we needed for our wedding at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, so spacious and within a 7 min drive of the venue! He was also very helpful and flexible about our check-in and check out needs! Fantastic stay, would absolutely return!

Our stay here was great. Clean space with awesome views. The sleeping situation was funky but perfect for our friend's wedding weekend. We hope to come back!

Just a wonderful location. Very private and the property is beautiful. The house was well-equipped; it included a couple of kayaks that we used on the Choptank River, where we saw ospreys, eagles, and even a beaver. The beds were comfortable and the decor and other items in the house were very interesting. We likely will be back some time.

The perfect mom and teen boy getaway! The house is on the water with gorgeous sunsets and super clean! My boys attempted fishing daily even without any luck. Altho we didn't kayak because of the choppy water, its great location (there's a ladder at the private pier or a public launch a few yards away) We cooked and ate in a few nights and also enjoyed a local spot on the water (The Narrows). The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed a visit to the Chesapeake Environmental center (abt a 12 min drive) which was a hidden treasure. The Chesapeake Outdoors (recommended by our host Jeremiah) was a great find for bait and info from the locals. Morning coffee on the patio and evening sunsets on the pier were some of my favorites, along with the spacious open floor plan (yet privacy with bedrooms). Jeremiah was super responsive and kind! We'll be back to kayak, fish more, enjoy the hot tub coming soon, the serenity and gorgeous sunsets! (maybe we'll even bring dad -LOL)

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, even though it is waterfront there isn't a good way to access the water for swimming or kayaking due to the way the breakwall is structured.

We had a fantastic stay in Chestertown. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and the perfect walkable location. Already planning our return trip!

Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

We had a great stay! It was a perfect location, easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go, and lots of space for us inside.

It was an extremely lovely apartment overlooking the beautiful Chester River! The apt was spotless, warm, inviting & had lots of amenities. Walter was beyond helpful: he rescued me when my rental car broke down out of town on the highway in the rain. You can’t ask for more than that!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This place was really great! It looked like the pictures and was exactly as described. Where it excelled was going past that. The small details that we didn't expect. Kim really thought of everything and it felt like going to a friend's house that really pulled out all the stops. She set bikes out for us to use. There were beach chairs, a cooler backpack, picnic blanket all available for us to use. There was a snack basket for us. A gallon of water and water bottles in the fridge. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could ever need. The bathroom had extra toothbrushes and other things we may have forgotten. The area was very nice and the sunsets at the beach were beautiful!! If you read this far, stop, just book it already!

When they say Restful ... they meant it. It was so peaceful and a very nice neighborhood. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to go to all the beautiful towns and natural beauty around. Close to St. Michaels, Easton, Cambridge. Wonderful hosts. With out own deck next to a lovely water feature. The bed was king size and perfect! I would recommend this to anyone. We will be back. My boyfriend and I stayed here this past weekend for a wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. The airbnb was a 2 minute drive from the venue. Karin was extremely responsive and such a wonderful host. She ensured our stay was enjoyable and provided local recommendations for us. I never had a problem getting in touch with her and their space was spotless. They provided linens, a coffee maker, snacks, and more! We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

This was unanimously our family's favorite AirBnB! Dana and Mike are the dream hosts! Our accommodations prior to our scheduled arrival were cancelled last minute and they immediately jumped in to help. They were extremely considerate of our privacy whilst being right next door but also quick to respond when we reached out to them. We could not of asked for a better mini-vacay in the middle of our travels. The beautiful surroundings, welcoming accommodations and hosts, attention to detail throughout amenities and decor, and impeccable cleanliness were top-notch. We really enjoyed the heated pool too. The kitchen and grill were easy to navigate and stocked with all essential items needed to prepare meals. The Monocle Meat Company and Lovepoint Deli & Wine are great local shopping options. If cooking is not in your plans, Avanti has amazing pizza. Thank you Dana and Mike for going above and beyond to make us feel at home! Heron Roost is now our must stay place when visiting MD.

This spot is a very utilitarian unit but perfect for my dog and me. Very easy to walk to town, the bed was very comfortable and it was great having access to the backyard.

It is the right distance from town to be able to get there easily but also have peace and quiet during the evening/night.

Cute and cozy! I felt right at home. Jordan and Danny are very nice folks, the apartment is very well appointed. There is a dock on the property that I should have spent more time on. The bed was a dream to sleep in and I literally overslept my alarm the first day. You will definitely need a car to get around but the apartment is a 3min drive to Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. The neighborhood has a homey feel and the apartment has a homey feel which was my jam. My dog had a little accident but I got some carpet cleaner and let Jordan know and she was very understanding. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Kent Island.
