The farmhouse was beautiful! It was quiet and peaceful. Kevin was a great host! We definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area!

5 adults, 2 children under age 6 stayed at Courtney's home, which was just as described and pictured on the airbnb web page. Great location for our stay for wedding weekend; very comfortable furniture (sofas, chairs, beds; many amenities provided for guests; terrific well-stocked kitchen; very large screened-in porch w/ nice view of Chesapeake Bay and surroundings; spacious bedrooms; 4 full bathrooms; very clean when we arrived. I could go on .... Courtney is a very good communicator, and responded quickly to the few questions we really had. She is a great host and the house was terrific for our needs.

This was my second time staying here with my family and dogs. We absolutely love the property and area! We enjoyed kayaking and are dogs enjoyed swimming and playing along the river. Ina was a great host and was responsive to our needs. It was a great experience and vacation!

This was our second time at Leone's beautiful spot on the Chester River and it did not disappoint! It's such a beautiful place and beautiful location -- we absolutely love it!! Thank you Leone!!!

The property, location, house set-up, and communications from the management during our 6 day stay was amazing. Literally the best low-key, relaxing experience I have ever had in recent memory. The house has everything you need for a great peaceful stay, especially if you are just hanging with a small group of close friends. Cooking is particularly awesome, as this property has a great wide open kitchen. The grounds are beautiful. We spent most of our time on the main floor in the kitchen and then on the long beautiful dock where we did some fishing and first time crabbing just for fun. The town nearby and neighborhood is so nice. Not far from Annapolis, MD at all if you want to visit. But honestly, the property alone is so nice to just to stay in and just relax. Great space with some homey accommodations. Big shout outs to one of the property management team members, Melissa. She was so very helpful. Will be back again next year!

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, even though it is waterfront there isn't a good way to access the water for swimming or kayaking due to the way the breakwall is structured.

I definitely recommend this house. More than satisfactory for 6 of us for the weekend. Plenty of room and easy to find.

This beautiful house was situated on the Choptank River and was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is a little dated but was well stocked with almost anything we could have needed. Loved that there were little snacks left for us! All of the rooms were comfy and the bathrooms were clean and updated. I wish it had been warm enough to spend more time outside because it truly was a gorgeous location.

We loved our stay at the cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained inside and out. We especially loved the gorgeous surroundings. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed daily swims in the pool and time at the dock. Robert was a wonderful host and made everything very clear and easy as well as was easy to communicate with. We couldn't have asked for a better get away. Chestertown is adorable and fun to check out. We hope to return in the future.

We had a great time. The view is one of the best we have stayed at. The hosts have thought of almost everything you could need or want to do. Our kids wanted to come back just to do more of the activities. The interior is obviously dated but it is thoughtful, functional, and clean. We felt cozy and at home! We will be back!

This house was perfect for everything you need. Close to town to walk, cute backyard, bus will take you to the beach. Defiantly worth renting if you are staying in rock hall. Thanks for sharing your home.

Staying at Shawna and Keith's cabin was a wonderful experience. Peaceful and serene, it was relaxing just to wake up in this private oasis. Shawna and Keith were very friendly and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. They even provided items for some of the activities we decided to try while staying there. The cabin was clean, quaint, quiet, well-equipped; and looked exactly as described. We would definitely return for another weekend getaway! Thanks again!

The house and surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, we had rain during most of our trip. There was plenty of room and board games inside the house. We were able to get outside and try crabbing and fishing one of our days. All of the supplies needed for cooking were in the immaculate kitchen. We would love to come back in the fall.

Wonderful property with lots of amenities!

Piney Grove is perfect! We had our extended family for the weekend and hosted a graduation party for about 40 people. The farm is the perfect location and venue. The beds are amazingly comfortable and all on the second floor. The main level is a livable museum! The kitchen is huge and VERY well appointed. The dining room is an exceptional place to host a dozen or more, and the parlors are perfect conversation areas. But the porches front and back? Those may be the best part of this place. We had our party in the back and it could not have been better! Wait—the actual best part of this place was Jennifer, who made sure we had everything we could ever need and was the most amazing host! I wish we had discovered Piney Grove Farm years ago—it’s our new favorite!! I wish I could give this six stars!

Beautiful home and exactly as advertised. Joseph was responsive and proactive and very friendly. The house was clean, quiet, and perfect for what we needed- a comfortable night's sleep and space for a family with pets. Everything went smoothly and met our expectations. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. Our extended family and dogs thoroughly enjoyed the private and peaceful location. Bobs place was provisioned very well. We appreciated the numerous coffee cups, wine glasses, etc. it felt very much like staying with family. Lovely art throughout too.

Beautiful home and yard - this was the perfect spot for our extended family as we celebrated a wedding in nearby Kent Island. Very prompt communication with host, and we appreciated that the place was pet friendly!

The home was absolutely adorable with all of the built-ins. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. Jessica was very thoughtful and left snacks and even a treat for our puppy! She also had delicious muffins from a local bakery and fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived. Our family would definitely stay here again!

We have nothing but praise and gratitude for this lovely river hideaway in the woods after our weeklong restorative "working vacation" there. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, the surrounding area is beautiful, the hosts are lovely, and despite the feeling of privacy and "middle of nowhere" there are great stores, restaurants, area attractions, etc. all nearby. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the floating pier while watching the early morning mist (and chevrons of geese) rising from the river. We loved kayaking and swimming throughout the day from steps away from our apartment door. We loved being greeted by BIRDS BIRDS BIRDS in the nearby trees and feeders every time we stepped outside. And we absolutely loved sitting by the beautiful outdoor chiminea fire at night! We will be back. Thank you Helen, Peter, Sophie, and Moose!

We stayed in this house for our son's Naval Academy graduation/commissioning. It was absolutely perfect for our group. The drive across the bay bridge took anywhere from 35-45 minutes depending on the traffic. At no time was the traffic as bad as we've experienced it on the DC side of Annapolis. We crossed the bridge 1-2 times a day during our 7 day stay. As soon as you get to the island and head south there is no traffic and it's a beautiful, peaceful drive. The house is perfect for entertaining with two large rooms inside on the main floor. There is a large island in the kitchen room which makes for a great serving area. It rained during about half of our visit so we made good use of the space indoors. Our children used the fishing poles, kayak, soccer nets, ping pong and fooseball table. Negin was very responsive in answering our questions and even worked it out so we could check in early. We would definitely stay there again if we had the chance.

We loved Ryan's cottage! The house has a super great feel and overlooks the lake with the most beautiful views, we extra loved that!! We definitely felt like we found a gem, you check in and there is nothing to worry about, it is super clean, the couch and bed looked small in the photos but were extremely comfortable and every room is equipped with everything you need to feel at home-extra linens, plenty of towels, wash clothes, cleaning supplies, toiletries and coffee!! The location itself was perfect for our travel needs and it is closer to Target, Food Lion, Acme, Safeway, Walgreens, liquor/wine stores. And the other great part, Ryan is extremely communicative so you know he's there and he has an adorable fur family. We would have squeezed in another day or two just to enjoy this relaxing space and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Thank you, Ryan!
