The Pigsty is a detached apartment adjacent to the owners property. Approx 500m to the town centre and The Severn Valley Railway. Parking for one car is also available onsite. The apartment has one bedroom, shower room and an open plan living space, which comprises a mezzanine lounge area and fully equipped kitchen finished to a high specification, including a Nespresso machine and pods. Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. The Summerhouse has an open plan layout with a comfortable lounge,TV Netflix/ fitted kitchen with fridge,hob and microwave grill. There is a separate modern bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has the option of a super king size bed or two single beds as required . There is off road parking in our car park.

For business or pleasure it is the perfect getaway as a home from home base from which to work or to explore all that South Staffordshire has to offer.
