Beautiful apartment recently built (July 2018) with elevator, garage parking (for small cars), air conditioning, WIFI and a large terrace facing south. It is located in Via Ungheria, a short walk from the sea, in a new neighborhood surrounded by greenery. You can reach the beautiful beach of Poetto in 20 minutes on foot along a path that runs along the natural park of Molentargius. The neighborhood offers all the necessary amenities for your stay.

The entrance features a solid wooden door with an intricate panel design, leading into a bright hallway. Light streams through two large windows, illuminating the staircase with smooth, light-colored tiles. A simple, colorful welcome mat is positioned at the foot of the door.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights and were very satisfied. Great communication and very clean. Nicolo was there for every question and we could even leave our luggage in the accommodation longer. Thank you! We recommend having a car or at least a bike, otherwise you won't get that far 🙂

The place is perfect. There were 6 of us, and we greatly enjoyed the peaceful environment and the incredible outdoors. Antonello is a host we can count on, always responsive and discreet. A big thank you to him, our stay was excellent!

Roberto is a spectacular host. He gave us several indications about where to dine, places and beaches to visit. The apartment is spectacular, very well equipped, has air-conditioning in all rooms, TV in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-fi. It also provides towels, a chair and umbrella to take to the beach. In the area you will find all kinds of establishments, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies.... What I want to highlight most was the promptness that Roberto showed when my daughter got sick and we needed to see a doctor. Thanks to his indications, I didn't have to spend hours in the hospital in the middle of August. I am very grateful and recommend this place.
