Condo vacation rentals in Quartucciu

Super comfortable apartment. Wonderful shower. It has all the necessary items. We were greeted with great affection by Maurizio's parents. Location is excellent for going to Poetto Beach. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Simply perfect!

Staying at Marco’s place was lovely! The view from the balcony was amazing, you can clearly see the sea and the breeze coming from it is so refreshing. The house was lovely, clean and with all amenities necessary for a week long city break. It was very easy to get to from the airport with a car, and the surrounding area has everything you might need, from groceries to pharmacy to pizzeria and happy hour bars. Being close to the Poetto as well makes it a great location for a summer holiday. All in all, we had the best of time :)

We stayed in this apartment for more than a week. If you don't want to rent a car and just want to relax, you can easily get to the apartment with just one bus from the central train station. Owners are very friendly, met us outside the apartment and showed us around. Thereʼre two big grocery stores and restaurants near apartment. The apartment was actually great with a sea view and beautiful balconies on which you can spend hours. Sea is also close , about 15 minutes walk on a nice big beach. If you are looking for an apartment with great owners where you have everything you need and more, clean and comfortable, Really do not think and rent Michela apartment you will be 100% satisfied and have a great time. Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

I've never found a home on Airbnb that's so clean and organized. Perfect bathroom. There is literally everything you could need, I even found jams, honey and coffee for breakfast plus a much appreciated snack. Maria Letizia was very helpful, especially because I had to check out at 6:30 in the morning and she didn't make me feel bad about it at all. Convenient location, there are parking lots, the bus is very close and it takes 30 minutes to get to the station. Highly recommended.

Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.

A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

the location is fantastic in front for the bus line 10 that leaves you in two stops in the points of interest , fifteen minutes walk from the train station the only thing missing was a microwave but it is not essential , much better than the photos and Francesco is very friendly and gives you very good advice

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hairdryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information for visiting Cagliari. Highly recommended

The accommodation is exactly as described in the ad. Everything in perfect condition. The apartment is in a private and safe set with pool. The hosts are very thoughtful, upon our arrival there was a platter of sweets on the central table, in the bathroom a shower gel kit, shampoo and body cream, liquid soap in the sink. Communication was very easy and fast.

The accommodation was very good, as described. I paid a cleaning fee of €14. The room and apartment were very clean for that :) .

Unbelivible view on pool and sea, great nature and surroundings, table tennis for kids, close to some of the best sandy beaches and overall perfect stay!

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)

We spent 2 absolutely perfect weeks at Monica and Claudio's villa. They are very welcoming, and very available hosts. The house with its pool was well located close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Their car was helpful for excursions to Cagliari, Pulla, Villasimus, the beaches of Chia, Oristabo and Barumini. It was perfect.
