We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place close to the beach

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Vanda and Endrio’s place in Cagliari, and it was a fantastic experience. The place was incredibly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Vanda and Endrio went above and beyond to make us feel welcome right from the start. Their hospitality was warm, genuine, and greatly appreciated. What really stood out were the fantastic recommendations they provided. They had a wealth of local knowledge. One of the best aspects, though, was the stunning view. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the view made every moment more special. We could gaze out over the beautiful cityscape and take in the vibrant colors of Cagliari. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, scenic getaway! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time with our group of friends at Valentina’s place. We wanted something private with a pool that could host a lot of us and it gave us just that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs and the outdoor space was perfect. Little minus for the crazy amount of mosquitoes which the bug sprays struggled to protect us from, as well as the sea outside the house which even though it was extremely convenient wasn’t the dreamy Sardinian beach you’d hope for but we had the best of times and Valentina was amazing with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for a large group in need of peace and quiet!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We had a lovely time at this airbnb! It has everything you need and is really close to the beach 😊 It's a very friendly area w nice neighbors and their pets, including a little cat called Oreo. Graziella was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come again!

I highly recommend staying at Giuseppes place. It was super clean and comfortable. Location was great, bus stop that goes to the beach is 5 min from the apartment, great restaurant next door and Giuseppe was super friendly and nice. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s apartment. The view was great! The big street in from of the apartment can be a little bit annoying when you are outside. There is a big parking lot directly in front of the apartment and two big supermarkets nearby. Totally recommend!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Great apartment for families or couples of friends: 3 rooms, two bathrooms. Clean apartment with parking. Useful for those who want to use Cagliari as a base and then visit the surroundings. Very pleasant stay. Accurate and punctual host in his responses.

Silvia’s apartment was beautiful. Couple steps from Poetto beach and 15 min from the city center where all the restaurants are. If you’re staying in Cagliari this is the place to be.

This house deserves 100% attention for the beautiful view of the beach and the whole city. We were very pleased to stay here, all appliances are in good condition, the house is clean and cleaned weekly. It is also worth mentioning the neighbor's cat who liked to spend time with us) I recommend to visit here for the view and the feeling of privacy
