Tous est comme la description, hôte très réactif et sympathique Aucun problème dans le logement, il y a un parking sécurisé La localisation est proche de la plage mais loin de tous commerces Pas loin de la ville et des belles plages (en voiture) Ce logement est adapté si vous souhaitez visiter les alentours.

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The outstanding cleanliness truly stood out – everything was spotless. Our host was incredibly kind, always quick to respond, and made us feel truly welcome. The hospitality was exceptional. Just a small note: to get to the beach, it’s best to take the bus, as walking takes around 20 minutes. But the walk is quite scenic - you might even spot flamingos along the way! Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay again!

Sono stato benissimo e la casa era accogliente, purtroppo però ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e non è stato risolto fino all’ultimo. Comunicazione efficiente.

We had a fabulous few days staying in Massimo’s apartment. It’s on the very elegant Piazza Carmine with wonderful views over the tree-lined square from the rooms. The location was perfect - close to the station (it’s only 6 minutes by train to the airport) and within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit in Cagliari. The are many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself was perfect - high ceilings, spacious rooms, tall windows/doors opening onto the balcony, stylish furniture and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons passé un excellent en Sardaigne . L’accueil de Christian a été chaleureux c’est un hôte très réactif ! Avant même notre arrivée nous avions reçu un message avec tous les bonnes adresses à proximité. Il a anticipé tous nos besoins, un service plus que parfait . Le logement était super, la bonne surprise était que nous ne pensions pas que la terrasse était aussi grande . Ce fut idéal pour profiter du beau temps . La vue est magnifique sur les flamand rose au loin ainsi que sur la mer . Nous pensions que la route serait peut être un peu bruyante mais pas du tout suffisamment loin pour être au calme et à la fois proche pour accéder aux grands axes rapidement. Le grand parking gratuit au pied de la résidence est un gros plus . Pour résumé je recommande fortement ce logement tout était parfait .

Perfekt lokation in the old town with lots of restaurant and coffee shops around. Although in the busy area, very quiet and pleasent trought day and night. Very clean and fresh, has all the amenitis that makes you feel like home. The host was very helpful.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de hosts. Gedurende ons verblijf waren ze erg communicatief. Mooie uitzichten en zalig zwembad. We verbleven met 2 jonge kinderen van 4 en 5, die het zwembad niet wouden verlaten en zich snel thuis voelden. Super verblijf!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Jätte trevligt hus! Värden va trevlig, hjälpsam och snäll. Huset va rent och området va vackert. Utsikten från balkongen va otrolig. Det va rent och allt gick jätte smidigt.

Die Unterkunft von Fabrizio ist einfach perfekt. Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche lang in Cagliari und die Wohnung bietet die beste Ausgangslage für Altstadt (zu Fuß) und Stadtstrand (per Bus). Check-In hat reibungslos geklappt, der sympathische Fabrizio stand auch während der gesamten Zeit per Handy zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist supersauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sogar Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffekapslen für Kaffeemaschine und einiges um sogar evtl. zu kochen fanden wir vor, wie etwa Öl, Salz, Knoblauch, Tomatendosen, Pasta, Milch, Butter, Marmelade. Best ausgestattestes Air BB ever! Um das ganze zu toppen, befindet sich direkt vor der Unterkunft ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden, welches hauptsächlich Obst und Gemüse verkauft, aber auch täglich frisches Brot anbietet. Auch Haushaltsutensilien kann man kaufen. Wir konnten hier Brötchen und Käse kaufen um Proviant für den Strand mitzunehmen. Fabrizio hätte sogar Strandmatten und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung gestellt.

Нам все очень понравилось! Паоло отличный хозяин, помогал со всеми нашими вопросами. Это прекрасный дом, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Все комнаты со вкусом обставлены, в доме было очень чисто. Было приятно находиться внутри дома, но отдельно хочу отметить террасу, с которой открывается фантастический вид на море. Невозможно словами описать закаты, которые мы там встречали. Надеюсь когда-нибудь у нас будет еще возможность вернутся сюда

Enrico ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, klar und zuverlässig. Das Haus war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Enrico mit Herz bei der Sache ist und seinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit ermöglichen möchte. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihm uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Casetta vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità la propria vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e il self check in ci ha dato la possibilità di poter essere libere di entrare in casa nell' orario che ci veniva più comodo. Michele è un host reattivo e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili sulle cose da fare/vedere. Consigliato

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

We stayed in this apartment for more than a week. If you don't want to rent a car and just want to relax, you can easily get to the apartment with just one bus from the central train station. Owners are very friendly, met us outside the apartment and showed us around. Thereʼre two big grocery stores and restaurants near apartment. The apartment was actually great with a sea view and beautiful balconies on which you can spend hours. Sea is also close , about 15 minutes walk on a nice big beach. If you are looking for an apartment with great owners where you have everything you need and more, clean and comfortable, Really do not think and rent Michela apartment you will be 100% satisfied and have a great time. We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.
