The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We also rent two guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

A small jewelry box! If you love peace and nature, this is the place to be. The furnishings are very lovingly designed and the garden beautifully landscaped. In 10 minutes' walk you are at the beautifully landscaped natural swimming pool. Freystadt is also worth a visit. I will definitely visit this idyllic spot again.

Very nice place, were there with 2 couples with dog and child for a getaway. We loved the proximity to the Rothsee and Diakonie Bauernhof. The place offers everything we needed. The garden is also very nice to sit outside a bit in the evening.

The bedroom features a spacious double bed dressed with fresh linens and two towels placed on top. A wooden desk and a shelf are visible, enhancing the functionality of the room. Natural light enters through two windows, creating a bright atmosphere.

Great solution to go to the fair with just some minutes by car and few metro stop. The place is just renovated and extremely comfortable. The suggestion Jonas gave us were very useful! Hope to come back next year!!

First of all, a big thank you to the hosts. Everyone was super sweet and friendly, very helpful. Simply great. The apartment itself was a dream to be in. Beautiful & lovingly furnished apartment with everything you need. The bedrooms were all super comfortable, the bathroom huge and offers everything your heart desires. The surroundings were also great. In a quiet residential area, but not far from the center. Parking is available right in front of the house. We will be happy to come back next year. :)
