C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

For families or couples, this house is beautiful. Maximum: 11 people (> 8 years old). Rental only by the week. Check-in and checkout on Saturday. Lots of activities possible: hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, canyoning, via ferrata, skiing, wellness etc. Luxury chalet. Panoramic view of the Guil Gorge and the Fort of Mont Dauphin (UNESCO classified). Ski resorts: Risoul 1850 25 min, Vars 30 min. South-facing, sunny terrace. Beautiful hike at the foot of the house.

Briançon and Argentière-la-Bessée are 10 minutes away; 20 min to Puy Saint Vincent and 30 min to Monêtier-les-Bains. A bakery and supermarket are a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this unique accommodation. This cozy studio is southwest facing, facing the Prorel mountain. On the 1st floor of a small residence. It has a bedroom area separated by a glass roof, a kitchenette and a sunny balcony of 6 m2. The studio was renovated in 2023. The residence has free private parking. A ski shuttle is nearby, the city center of Briançon is less than a km away.

Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes).
