la sala è molto ampia, luminosa e aerieggiata, permette il collegamento sia al giardino intero che a quello esterno ingresso indipendente e tutte le aree riservate a voi compreso uno splendido solarium!!! Gli ospiti DEVONO chiamarmi per qualsiasi cosa abbiano bisogno, saremo felicissimi di rispondere ad ogni loro richiesta.... Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, vicino al centro e alle spiagge tra le più belle del mondo. L'appartamento si trova in una Strada chiusa abitata da un vicinato giovane e dinamico. La zona offre spazi unici per passeggiate rilassanti.

Un' accogliente casa in pietra, arredata in maniera originale e funzionale. Si trova in un terreno privato con vista mare a pochi minuti di macchina da spiagge meravigliose. L’aeroporto di Olbia è a soli 8 minuti di auto e per aperitivi e cene potrai anche andare nei vicini paesi di Porto San Paolo e San Teodoro. A pochi km da Olbia e dalla circonvallazione che fa il giro di Olbia e collega sia alle spiaggia più vicina Pittulongu (10-15 min. con l’auto ) e tante altre spiagge che si trovano sulla strada che va verso Golfoaranci , poi proseguendo si va in : Costa Smeralda Porto Cervo Porto Rotondo Baia Sardinia Cannigione dall’altra parte invece Porto SanPaolo San Teodoro è così via… L’alloggio inoltre è pochi km dal Porto e dall’Aeroporto

Probably the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Simonetta is a friendly and helpful host - a true home from home experience ! . As a solo traveler i felt very welcomed and safe . The location is perfect - its very peaceful yet very close to the historic part of town with lovely shops and restaurants and 2 min walk to a bus stop which will take you to some famous Beaches or to the airport. A fabulous Buffet breakfast is provided with delicious home made breads and jams as well as cheese, eggs and yoghurt. My room had a sunny balcony and a wonderful roll top bath . Exceptional value for money given the great location and lovely breakfast . I cant recommend highly enough and hope to return again soon .

We had such a lovely stay with Emilio and Giancarlo. Their home is located on a hill with a stunning view of the valley below. It was serene and quiet, yet only ~15 minutes drive to Olbia for restaurants, shopping, etc. We loved waking up to birdsong and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking their garden and the the natural landscape beyond. Absolute peace. Their home is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated—filled with amazing art by Emilio, with every corner thoughtfully designed. We were visiting Sardegna for my birthday and they made it such a special occasion. We felt right at home and they offered helpful recommendations for nearby beaches and day excursions. The highlight of our stay was the homemade dinner by Giancarlo. Every course was delicious and showcased the local cuisine (and Giancarlo's incredible cooking skills!) Grazie Giancarlo and Emilio for an unforgettable stay! We can't wait to return xx
