We have stayed with Julia several times now. The apartment and studio are consistently clean, comfortable, quiet and private. So easy to come and go. If you are staying in North Salem, this is an excellent choice.

Joe came through for us when a previously booked AirBnB cancelled last minute! We had a special event and were in a bind. We were concerned about fitting everyone in our party (4 adults) - with only one bedroom and two smaller sleeper sofas. Joe was very honest that it might be tight and offered an air mattress just in case. It worked out perfectly! The neighborhood is very close to some great restaurants and if you are staying to attend anything at West Point, it’s super convenient! The place is on the smaller side but perfect for a couple or a family with smaller kids. Would stay there again! Thank you Joe!

This is our second time staying in the Hummingbird Suites within the last few weeks, that's how much we enjoyed it! We have stayed in both suites and it's hard to say which we liked more as they're both great. This one gives you a separate bedroom which is nice (and Jeff was generous enough to put a TV in there as well) and a beautiful open kitchen. Jeff has thought out everything so that it's always easy to find something (great labeling) and has accounted for everything that you might need during your stay. The location is also perfect! 10 minutes to Cold Spring, 15 to Peekskill, and it's easy to go across the river as well. Tons of hiking all around. It's a great place to stay to explore the area! We felt right at home with the cozy amenities and felt it was a great place to rest in-between our activities.

The space is as advertised, comfortable, and perfect for a quick weekend getaway (or accommodations for a local wedding). Maddy is responsive, considerate and very helpful, and made the stay that much better. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Samara's apartment/cottage over Christmas. The location was perfect since we were visiting with family in Cold Spring, and it was wonderful to have a quiet and beautiful spot as home base. We're grateful to have hosts with pet-friendly accommodations, being able to bring our 2 dogs makes travel possible, and this location was perfect for them. The space was clean, quiet and we felt very at home there. It's a thrill to walk into a location and smell nothing - as in, not musty, not smelling like strong cleaning products - just neutral, fresh air. The bed was so cozy and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Samara was very responsive to a few questions I had before we made our reservation, and was easy to text with when we were staying there. We look forward to our next visit!

Would love to return to this site. It is bright and clean. We did not cook but the kitchen was ready for us if we wanted to. Nice stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Beacon. The apartment is small but very thoughtfully laid out with every foldable amenity imaginable, keeping the space clutter free without lacking anything. The location is perfect- walkable to town and the local hiking trails. Beacon is for sure a gem if you’ve never been. Thanks for a great stay, Dan!

We had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The house was beautiful, super clean, and the view was just perfect honestly even better than the photos. What really made our stay stand out though was the host, Sunny. He was amazing so helpful, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. As a Muslim family, we really appreciated how respectful and considerate he was. He made sure we had our privacy and went out of his way to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible for us. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay.

Melanie was great with very clear instructions. Her place is beautiful and she had so many little extras…from the makings for s’amores and coffee to fire starter chips! It was very relaxing. We loved it!

I am very excited because of I found this wonderful , cozy and comfortable house! The view from here was amazing 😻 this home is very close from NY city, you need about one hour to get there. 15 minutes away from shopping center. Angie is the great host! Thank you! Absolutely beautiful stay, Brian is an amazing host and went above and beyond with instructions and helped whenever needed. Their place is located in such a beautiful area, it is quiet and within 10 min drive to stores. The space is very clean and organized. My guests and I felt right at home.

Excellent in every way! The hostess with the mostest. You can’t go wrong staying at Russell’s place. We literally felt like we were guests staying with family or house sitting for them. It felt very comfortable and they have thought of absolutely everything from condiments, vinegars, saran wrap, aluminum foil and all necessary pantry items. Even a brand new shower liner (yes I took notice of everything). We felt right at home and very welcomed in their secluded and peaceful home. Would highly recommend and definitely return to stay if back in the area again.
