The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a more than 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or come from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. My accommodation is located in the beautiful Sellin on the island Rügen, not far from the beaches and the center. Restaurants and food, as well as supermarket, bakers and small shops are directly in front of the door. It is 15 minutes to the famous pier and 10 minutes to the beach.
