Über ein eigenes Stiegenhaus erreichbar stehen ein Vorzimmer mit Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit Esstisch, Eckcouch und TV), drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette, alles auf einer Ebene, zu Verfügung. In dem 2000 m² großen und rundherum eingezäunten Garten gibt es viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen. Von Juni bis Oktober kann man auch den solarbeheizten Pool benützen.

Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.
