Modern new house just 50 m from the beach - super convenient! Welcome basket full of local delicacies. Flexible check in/out. Great on site host, Salvatore, always available and quick to help with any issues. Great experience overall!

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Graziella‘s apartment! The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need, the communication was really easy and it has a nice location to visit all the beautiful beaches around! All in all, we can highly recommend to stay here.

The accommodation perfectly reflects the photos and description of the listing. Perfect position x reach the most beautiful beaches in the area. Very well equipped house x all needs! The highlight is the garden that allows you to eat in peace and stop in the relaxation corner x aperitifs when sunset! I highly recommend it was a beautiful experience! Exceptional environment and very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated. We had a small technical problem and Luca and the caretaker were very responsive and efficient. We'll be happy to go back!

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

We loved Andrea’s place, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, centrally located. We felt at home and will definitely miss it!

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We enjoyed Marco's place very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received precise directions to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were particularly pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlors are within walking distance – we could often leave the car. Near the harbor, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The accommodation has a beautiful view and is super located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. We had a wonderful stay! The communication was smooth and friendly, check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family with small children. An all-around perfect place to stay for our family vacation in Sardinia. The apartment is quiet, but restaurants and a supermarket are within easy reach. Particularly beautiful was the large garden with a turtle – our son was thrilled. The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The covered outdoor area was perfect for eating and relaxing and significantly expanded the living space. Graziella, the landlady, was very helpful and had great recommendations for child-friendly beaches. A real plus: on the day of departure, we were allowed to stay until the evening – a great relief with a child. We would come back. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet and family-friendly apartment.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

Excellent and very well equipped apartment with a beautiful veranda and garden (private). Simona kindly showed us around and explained everything. Very well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed sleeps well. Beach, harbor and village within walking distance. Also other nice places close by. In short, an excellent place to have a pleasant stay!

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.
