Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Punta Mita

My wife and I and our two teenage kids stayed here for a week. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Tiki. My son really enjoyed sleeping on the bed upstairs in the palapa and my daughter was in the very secluded pool whenever we were at the house. Very easy to get to from the airport and only a block away from the beach access point. The area is quiet being at the other end of town as the centro but because it’s such a small town it’s very easy to walk to the centro where all the action is, passing all the other restaurants and shops along the way. The house is also on the same block as Pepe’s food tour at Bici Bucerias which I highly recommend. Good coffee there too. Perfect house. No need to look for another place, this is it

The house is very nice, very comfortable, we felt right at home throughout the stay. The host is attentive to everything. Everything was very clean and very close to the sea. We highly recommend it. Thank you very much

Wonderful stay! My husband and I loved this property. Only one block away from some really amazing restaurants and only a couple minutes away from the beach! Bill was a great host and very responsive.

My little family, myself my partner and our one year old daughter, stayed at Homero's house in San Pancho for a week for our shared birthday (mine and my daughter's). We had a great time! Homero was communicative and available, while still allowing privacy. He had great recommendations for local chefs, photographers, restaurants etc. The house was beautiful and clean. He even had a high chair we used for our daughter and beach chairs/umbrella as well as pool toys. The whole house was beautiful and felt luxurious. The air conditioning and pool were also amazing. The pool was surprisingly the highlight of our trip. It was a welcome relief to the heat, very clean and with a built in bench at just the right height for our new walker with a deeper section for the adults. We enjoyed daily family swimming and dancing parties that I will remember forever. I highly recommend San Pancho and this house for your next family vacation, especially with little ones. We will be back!

Casa Brillante was the perfect vacation home for our girls getaway weekend! As soon as we stepped foot inside, we were blown away at how clean and comfortable everything was. All the green plants and trees felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. It was so relaxing to cool off by the pool or read a book in the hammock. The rooms were all so accessible and you could tell they really thought about their guests. There were fresh towels and even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed. The house was perfectly located right above town. We rented a golf cart one of the days and parked up the hill to get to some of the beaches across town, but you could easily walk to them as well. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending to others. Thank you for a magical, much needed relaxing weekend!

Stunning home, looked like it was out of Architectural Digest, literally. It was right in the mix but extremely quiet and tranquil. The home was immaculate and the host was extremely helpful. It is walking distance to the beach, the shops, and anything one might want to do in Sayulita. The Ubers were easily available when we called for one to go out of the city (we took a Yacht for the day) and to the airport. The host was extremely helpful and I will absolutely be going back! If you are looking at the house - PICK IT I PROMISE!

Great spot to stay, a quick walk into town. Octavio was super quick to respond to our questions. The front door lock is a bit hard to turn with my arthritic hands, but luckily my friend was able to. The hammocks were wonderful, lots of birds, wildlife, and quiet further away from the center of town!

I want to take the time to share our wonderful time at this beautiful home first of all it was exactly as described in the pictures this house makes you feel like home but with a perfect size pool and very private if you don’t mind walking less than a mile you will find many varieties of foods and 2 small plazas with everything you could need pharmacy all the way to boutiques and nail shop will definitely come back next time we are in town also the host was very attentive all of our stay thank you again for everything

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Excellent apartment, ideal for relaxing, it is super equipped, private and with an excellent view, everything is in excellent condition, the place is very nice, excellent amenities, we had an amazing time! We will definitely return!

Atalia’s place was wonderful for our short trip to Sayulita. We were close to everything, restaurants, shops and the beach which made for a great experience. The space was well put together and very clean. Everything we needed was provided, surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas and more. The rooftop patio and pool was a major bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

It is an excellent apartment, all new, very tastefully decorated, modern, restaurants and cafes very close, close to the main road. William was very friendly and helped a lot with good recommendations, I highly recommend it ❤️

We loved staying in this adorable studio. It was clean and decorated attractively, with all amenities we could need. It’s a block from the beach but inside a gated area, so it was private. Cynthia was a wonderful, sweet host who made us feel right at home. It was hard to leave!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Great stay and cozy place

The apartment is everything that is in the description, very comfortable, no noise and private, we had a great time, the complex has several amenities that make it valuable for trips with children. Aldo was a great host, he was always available through the chat if you had concerns or questions, I highly recommend him.

It is one of the first apartments that, in my opinion, was really complete. I have stayed in other apartments on the beach and this one surprised me because it even had an umbrella, cart and chairs to spend a day at the beach. It's super complete in every way, you really don't need anything, which in my opinion was amazing. The beach is not really the most beautiful since it was difficult to enter because of so many stones, but right next to it is La Manzanilla and it's not much to ask. Alejandro was always attentive to us and helped us with every question we had, an excellent person. I would definitely go back to this same place.

Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!
