Vacation rentals in Punta Križa

Check in un po’ difficoltoso perché non ci era stato comunicato dove trovare le chiavi e non c’era nessuno ad aspettaci. Al telefono non rispondeva nessuno così abbiamo chiesto al ristorante e per fortuna avevano loro le chiavi. Il proprietario ci ha telefonato poco dopo per accertarsi che fosse tutto ok. Al telefono è stato cortese e attento. La casa è ben attrezzata e pulita. Posizionata a due passi dall’acqua con uno spazio all’aperto dove poter prendere il sole o mangiare. Ampia disponibilità di pentole e stoviglie. Sono presenti anche due sdraio e una lavatrice, che non abbiamo usato. Ci sarebbe forse piaciuto avere un contatto più chiaro e in presenza con il proprietario, per il resto tutto come da descrizione e assolutamente valido. Posizione top!

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern Anfang Oktober da: die Stube unglaublich urig und gemütlich, tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen sehr ruhigen Hafen und direkt darunter der eigene Anleger: wir konnten jederzeit schnorcheln,Baden, Angeln und sogar im Hafenbereich geschützt Segeln, Surfen und SUP fahren . Die Umgebung mit Marina, Kneipe, Stegen und Katzen sehr authentisch. Morgens zu Fuß kurz zum Einkaufen am Haupthafen gelaufen. Viele abwechslungsreiche Wandermöglichkeiten in toller Vegetation, Buchten mit Grotten, Geier…

Zaista smo uživali boraviti u Villi Antigua! Lokacija je savršena, a kuća je točno onakva kakvom je opisana, čak je i nadmašila naša očekivanja; ima savršen pogled na more i Osorčicu te ograđen vrt koji osigurava privatnost. Mirna atmosfera vrta sa rascvjetalim biljem, bogata brajda, mirisi i zvukovi već na dolasku djeluju opuštajuće. Villa je na dvije etaže i opremljena je svime što je potrebno i više od toga. Bazen je bio pravi vrhunac – čist i savršen za opuštanje. Osim toga, ograđeno dvorište prilagođeno kućnim ljubimcima bilo je veliki plus, pružajući siguran i ugodan prostor za našeg psa. Domaćini su nevjerojatno susretljivi i uslužni, pružajući sjajne lokalne preporuke i osiguravajući da imamo sve što nam treba. Posebne pohvale za trud i pažnju kojom su uredili ovaj prostor i održali pravi primorski duh. Prostor koji ne samo da djeluje ugodno, već i terapijski opuštajući. Toplo preporučujem ovo sjajno mjesto! Bilo je to prekrasno iskustvo za sve! Sigurno ćemo se vratiti!!!

Karmela je úžasná hostitelka! Ještě před příjezdem jsme dostali jasné informace jak se dostat dovnitř a kam se popřípadě během ubytovaní podívat po okolí👍. Karmela zodpověděla všechny dotazy, které jsme během ubytovaní měli. Karmela nám během ubytovaní dali dobré víno z místní vinice a při odjezdu nám věnovala hezký dáreček. Bylo to od ní moc milé! Ubytovaní je moc hezké v klidné části malé vesničky. Na pláž je to kousíček pěšky. Asi 20m je malá restaurace, kterou můžeme jen doporučit. Nám se tam moc líbilo a určitě se ještě vrátíme. Děkujeme Karmele za hezkou dovolenou!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Parkplatz der Wohnung haben wir nicht auf Anhieb gefunden aber die Beschreibung von Petra hat geholfen. Der Weg führt vorbei an einem etwas verwahrlosten Außenbereich des Nachbarhauses. Die Ausstattung der sauberen Wohnung ist gut und das Bett ist bequem. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und können gegen eine Gebühr von jew 5€ benutzt werden. Der Poolbereich ist super und unsere Kinder haben viel Zeit dort verbracht. Leider gab es am Pool sehr viele Wespen, was immer wieder zu Einschränkungen geführt hat aber da das Haus mitten in der Natur liegt, muss man das wohl in Kauf nehmen. Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand ist schön und wegen der großen Sandbank perfekt für Kinder. Das Haus steht sehr abgelegen und ist perfekt für jeden der die Ruhe sucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets für Fragen erreichbar gewesen.

Die Wohnung war schöner als auf den Fotos. In jedem Raum kann ein Fenster geöffnet werden, dass mit Fliegenschutz versehen ist. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern gut geeignet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad mit Dusche angeschlossen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Balkon ist geschützt und somit bei fast jeder Wetterlage nutzbar. Trotz der nahen Bundesstraße ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher und bei Bedarf stellt Kristina weitere zur Verfügung. Die nahegelegene Badebucht (fußläufig innerhalb von 10-15 Min. zu erreichen) hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da sie sehr klein war und leider auch ziemlich vermüllt. Daher mochten wir uns dort nicht länger als nötig aufhalten. Fernsehen und Internet funktionierten. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nur ausprobiert. Grundsätzlich haben wir sie nicht gebraucht, da alle Fenster mit guten Fensterläden ausgestattet sind. Kristina war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar.

Luka's place is simply perfect. The location is magical - perfectly remote and private, but a short walk to the most beautiful beach (there is a small private beach and jetty below the house as well) and a short drive to local amenities. The studio is compact, but with everything you need - the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom modern and the kitchen small but well stocked. The terrace is spacious with an outdoor fire, sun loungers and a good sized table, with the most beautiful view of the sea. We saw dolphins every evening, and fell asleep to the sound of the cicadas and waves lapping. Luca was charming - he's very responsive and helpful (he speaks excellent English) with lots of recommendations for things to do and see locally. The walk from the car park across the beach is really not a problem, just make sure you have a bag you can carry rather than with wheels. All in all, this is somewhere very special.

This place is realy nice if you want do disconnect from the noise: calm, silent, and private and beatiful surroundings complementing stylish furnising of the apartment. Here, you'll find everyhing you need for a comfortable stay (but do bear in mind, that you are staying in a remote bay and that the closest groceries shop is 20 minutes ride away). The hosts are really something special, too: if the lady of the house asks you, whether you drink "gemišt", do not say no! :-). Wonderful experience, will try to come back again, the sooner the better!
