Vacation rentals with a patio in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

A great spot in the colonias neighborhood, tons of local food places nearby, some of the best eats on the island within a short walk. Has a nice clean pool and a serene rooftop palapa, a great spot to start the day. Room was very clean and they provided a starter 5 gallon water jug. Owner was always quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, place was very clean and quiet at night. Nice backyard and walkable to all shops and food.

The place is so nice and clean,have an aircon and electric fan. The pool is just for you. Like 3mins walk to Mercado 28. The location is in Downtown Cancun quite far to the beaches, mybe 13km away. Saul, the host is very responsive, he made an effort to suggest places and things to do with links and complete details.

Excellent service and the place is very nice and quiet, with a car we could get around without any problem, Daniel was very attentive and helpful from start to finish, I felt at home!! Beautiful places and thank you for your attention!!

Kai’s place was an absolute gem! Cozy and welcoming, it truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was so appreciated. Kai went above and beyond by stocking the kitchen with fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, butter, and orange juice, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The bedrooms have a bathroom between them so you have your privacy if you bring your kids. The terrace is beautiful and overlooks the lagoon, so peaceful and relaxing. The balcony is equally lovely, and honestly, the photos don’t even do it justice. Having laundry on-site was a huge plus, and the whole space felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

The place is a dream, it is located in the best area of Cancun, where you can see the most beautiful colors of the sea!! The house is super nice, the views are spectacular, you see the Caribbean Sea all the time, in addition the rooms are very comfortable to rest, the bathrooms are super elegant and everything is extremely spacious. The pool area is also great for swimming, I highly recommend it!!!

This is the second time I've stayed with Rocio and she's an excellent host. He was always available for us and was very friendly. The place was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that it had private parking and that the area is very quiet. We highly recommend it!

The best bnb I’ve stayed in so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a fruit basket (as a fruitarian this was the best feeling). The house was stocked with towels, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body was, soap, beach chairs, life jackets, board games, etc. The pool was bigger & deeper than the pictures show. 10/10 recommend

clean and nice place quiet area very comfortable

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is located very close to the ADO, which provides transfers to other points very easily. It is in a closed street which provides security and tranquility, it has a laundry machine (something that is very important) and the attention of Maria Cristina and her husband is very warm and super helpful. They are attentive to needs and are looking for solutions to the circumstances that arise. The bathroom has available towels and botiquin, details that make a quiet stay

Loved this spot! It’s kind of right in the middle of the island so convenient for both playa Norte where the party / crowds are, as well as punta sur. Isla village is right beside it and has good restaurants and cafes etc… the pool is awesome, beds are huge (very firm), and the cleaners came mid way through the week which was nice. Would definitely stay again

everything was great.. a good option to get to know Cancun if you want to save on accommodation, there are restaurants nearby, or if you are passing through it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, I would stay again. with dispensers for the shower in case you don't want to open suitcases like me.
