We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! We had 2 6 month old babies and they were very accommodating with pack n plays and a high chair. So that made our stay very comfortable.

Beautiful accommodation, met all expectations. Super central and in front of Playa Caracol. The center of the hotel zone is very close and the bus stop is also.

Everything is fine. Some minor cleaning details, such as the curtains. For everything else, very good. The beach is steps away. The restaurants across the street are very good. The Oxxo is within walking distance.

Bedding was clean, shower was clean, running hot water at all times. No smell in the bathroom. Pool was clean and beautiful and host was very friendly, called me once I landed and met me at the airbnb. Everything was walking distance. Main beach and all the restaurants. Did not run into any problems. Thank you for the great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

Great beach view. Spacious place with kitchenette and table for four people. Very close to the airport, the Mayan train station, Plaza la Isla, Playa Delfines, etc. No traffic complaints on the days we were there. Very good care of the host.

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

Rafael was an excellent host, he was always very attentive and was available for any questions I had. The apartment is very comfortable and is very close to all the pick-up points for the tour. It looks just like the photos and the most interesting thing is that it's very modern. The condominium has a doorman who is always aware of the people entering and leaving the place, giving you a sense of security. Would recommend 10/10

I stayed at Jaqueline's place for 10 days and I was very satisfied overall. The purpose of my trip was to undergo extensive dental work at a nearby clinic. I loved this place, truly. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and there's a market and pharmacy right downstairs. It's enough room for 1-2 people with a beautiful deck overlooking the lagoon. Really nice sunset out there. It has a stovetop, fridge and ample cooking utensils; since I stayed for a while, I cooked a few times. Had internet access and TV with no issue. The host was very fast to respond when I had any questions. The dental work I'm undergoing will require further visits to Cancun and so my hope is to stay with Jaqueline on any future visits. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

A very good place to come as a family, facing the sea, the sea is beautiful from this view. I recommend it, just keep in mind that everyone would be a little tight, but it's a very good place

It’s a great place to stay if you want to be around the clubs and shops. Stunning views from balcony. Nice pool but no ocean views from it.
