Excelente alojamiento, cerca de la playa y con buena ubicación. Sadiel en todo momento estuvo al pendiente y super atento, nuestra estadía fue genial y volveré pronto. Me sentí como en casa.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The property is overly stocked, much more spacious in person, and has an incredible patio overlooking the marina. The location is peaceful, beautiful, safe, easy to get to, not far from the airport, and close to tons of resorts, restaurants, beaches, and more! We had the perfect stay in Cap Cana! I would highly recommend this stay. Cap Cana is the pristine area of Punta Cana!

I really enjoyed my time staying here. the pool is a amazing, the view is amazing, the beach is amazing and minutes away by walking. a lot of bars and restaurants en the area, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The plan is to return.

the place was as advertised. it's walking distance from the beach. I would stay here again. Everything worked and hot water was great.

This place was worth the price! Lots to do within walking distance. The home was just as described. The rooftop of our penthouse was cute, intimate and cozy! Very nice to have a pool of our own and not worry about others. We had more than enough space here, the AC was amazing and quickly cooled the house each time we got back home. Private parking with security was a nice touch too. Water shutting off or turning cold was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.

Lugar encantador, la pasamos increíble con mi familia, practicante al frente de la playa. La infraestructura está bien cuidada, confort en espacio, y con todo lo necesario incluso para parrilla. Agradecimiento especial para Virgilio que nos asistió estupendamente bien, atento y considerado en hacer una estadía placentera! , experiencia inolvidable , definitivamente volveríamos ! Everything about our stay was outstanding. The condo and surrounding area exceeded our expectations. Nicole as a pleasure to communicate with and the on site staff were lovely. We were 5 adults and we felt completely at home and relaxed. Amazing !!!

Excellent Airbnb stay. The location was perfect walking distance to anywhere in Los Corales area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and beach is super close less than five minutes away.. the balcony patio area is beautiful , lots of area to sit and relax and the pool is an extra bonus. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of closet space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. I would definitely rebook again.

we had a mishap with another airbnb and Arianna was super accommodating last minute. her place was great and spacious! much cleaner and updated than our previous place. we loved hanging out on the balcony. the location couldn't have been better we were right on the beach and we had the huge pool all to ourselves almost the whole time overlooking the beach. we were a close drive away from juanillo Beach, blue mall, and the fishing lodge. was a really cheap stay for the 5 of us for the quality.

Olga was great and answered all of our questions, place was clean and close to multiple restaurants and stores; some of which were right next door. I actually became friends with the guys at the restaurant next door. If you want to try something besides a resort this is the place.

Es un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo y limpio, las fotos no le hacen justicia al apartamento, en la realidad es más bonito y muy seguro. Está muy bien equipado, en la cocina lo necesario para cocinar, cafetera, licuadora, sándwichera, microondas, horno etc. En las habitaciones hay sábanas, toallas de baño y toallas de playa. Secador de pelo y plancha de ropa. En el baño había jabón y papel de baño. En las áreas hay ventiladores y aire acondicionado central, al igual que TV en la sala y en las habitaciones. La piscina es muy limpia y tiene diferentes tamaños, ideal cuando andas con niños. La playa es hermosa, una playa grande de arena blanca y suave. En conclusión un lugar muy tranquilo y familiar. Sin dudas volveré. Omar, es excelente y muy atento a las necesidades.

This was our 6th visit to his apartment at Soto Grande and it has lived up to our expectations. It is a very peaceful location without the large crowds of other places. He was responsive to our needs after we arrived.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a family vacation. The apartment had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedrooms, and the layout was very family-friendly. The location couldn’t have been better—close to stunning beaches, restaurants, and activities, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Christina was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We made so many amazing memories here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

I had a wonderful stay! Rajesh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring from the moment I booked. Communication was always clear, and he made everything super easy and stress free. He even booked us the most amazing excursion to Saona Island. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and easygoing he was throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

Nos encantó el lugar, es tal cual las imágenes . Para los que no van a un todo incluido . Me parece que es el lugar ideal para conocer varias zonas y además permanecer en la playa . Este lugar tiene acceso directo a la playa .

lindo departamento, todo lo que anuncia realmente es. esta en una ubicación muy central y relativamente cerca a una playa llamada Turquesa. tiene de yodo tipo de comercio aleddaño supermercado, casa cambios , framacia , bares, restaurantes, bancos, cajeros, etc.

It’s was perfect! Super clean apartment and spacious in a quiet around near a bunch of restaurants! And right on the beach!!

All together it was a great stay, host was very communicative with the entire check the place was generally very nice
