Beach house vacation rentals in Punta Cana

Our stay at this beautiful marina house was nothing short of incredible. The home itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of the water & boats. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Miguel is such an attentive & helpful host. His warm hospitality made a big difference & truly enhanced our experience. We extended our heartfelt thanks to the chefs—the Dominican meal we decided on was outstanding! Every dish was delicious & beautifully presented. Regarding housekeeping by Margarita (she also cooked us a superb breakfast), everything was immaculately clean & well maintained...everything stayed pristine, which allowed us to simply relax & enjoy the peaceful, luxurious setting. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We also rented a 6-seater golf cart...a must for riding to beaches, grocery store, & restaurants around Cap Cana Marina. Thanks again for everything, Miguel. This was a truly memorable stay!

It's a super beautiful private villa, my family and I had a very pleasant time, if you're looking for tranquility and privacy this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent place, A REALLY FULL EQUIPPED KITCHEN. A host who faces and resolves even on difficult days like the end of the year. I would come back with my eyes closed. Excellent neighbors from one to ten, I give you a 20.

This airbnb was amazing! Would 10/10 recommend for family’s , friends , and large groups of people , it is very accommodating. The Host of the House Omar was amazing! He truly was always around to help us if we needed anything and helped plan a huge special dinner for my finances birthday ! It was amazing , the Chef as well was 100/10 and super sweet. This house is so clean and well ran ! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Cocotal, Bávaro. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. This place is located in a beautiful and secure area in the golf Cocotal. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect during my 3-night stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Punta Cana!

Our AirBnb experience was amazing and we would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Dominican Republic. The place was exactly like the photos and our bachelor party of 10 guys had a blast. The space was very private and the rooms each had their own washrooms as well. Anything at all that we needed our concierge was at the ready. We cannot emphasize how much the entire group loved the place and the hospitality. The fried chicken at the restaurant at the location was also really good too. The hotel also has an easy to use mobile app that made everything a lot easier too where you can see what to do and even order food to your Villa. We were 2 minutes from the beach which was also beautiful. An amazing stay and an amazing trip, best one we've all ever been on thanks to Vianny and the team.

Staff here are amazing & very friendly people. I’ve stayed here before and the staff remembered me when I came back. From the restaurants to the beach, down to the houses & staff this is a place you would want to go to.

Maria was very attentive days before arriving, she gave us clear directions and was very attentive and friendly, the person in charge José Angel was also very kind and resolved all our concerns, the house was perfect for us in front of the pool, the very safe area, close to shopping areas, Maria provided us with beach bags and chairs for very practical beach.. it was something I didn't expect ... it was a great experience... I would come back without thinking

Gaudis is an excellent host, if you have any questions you’ll get an answer right away. First of all the photos don’t do any justice to the venue, it is beautiful, very comfortable and it is in an excellent location if you’re looking to be close to downtown PC, this is the perfect place. You have access to a supermarket right in the entrance of the residential and also you have Macao beach right there. It was very clean and you have everything you need right there. I’m looking forward to stay here again. 😍
