Beach condo vacation rentals in Punta Cana

Beautiful apartment, close to the beach and restaurants. Roof top have great views and jacuzzi. We had amazing time in Punta Cana. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time on the balcony. William was kind enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was very much appreciated! The pool and on site restaurant were incredible and extremely convenient. We loved being a quick (2mins) walk to the beach and the private chairs/umbrellas were amazing! We definitely recommend William and the Stanza Mare condominiums and hope to be back!

Such a great find! Everything was walkable, with a multitude of really good restaurants to choose from. The beach was legit 10 feet from the front door. The property felt pretty safe. The beach was gorgeous! Plenty of activities to do!

Our stay was perfect. The pool is amazing and the hosts were incredible! They even helped us order groceries since our Spanish wasn’t good. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay at a resort. The beach was just a stroll away and absolutely beautiful.

Really enjoyed the accommodations! As pictured. Balcony faces the pool area. Beach is about a 2 min walk right on property. It does state private, but we know how it goes...just tell the locals no and they move on. The public area is right next to it. I would choose this place again. No need to pay for an all-inclusive resort when food/drinks are within walking distance.

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.

Great breezy corner condo with pool view. Walking distace to the beach and some restaurants. Convenient little store/colmado nearby. Professional host who quickly responds to you questions. Equipped for short and long term guess. Good vibe and energy with other residents. Felt safe a a solo traveler. Look forward to booking again for my next trip.

I had a wonderful stay! Rajesh was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring from the moment I booked. Communication was always clear, and he made everything super easy and stress free. He even booked us the most amazing excursion to Saona Island. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and easygoing he was throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Great Place! Within steps of the beach and the town center. Suited for anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation off-resort and wishing to capture some of the Dominican culture.

Tara’s place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, beach accessible with beautiful surroundings. Virgilio was our support person and he was exceptional, always available and very friendly. We found the facility to be a great value.

Over all great place. Pump of pool was broken so pool was dirty . Great place to relax. Will go again for sure

This place was beautiful, the view was breathtaking from our penthouse balcony. The balcony was huge with a grill. The place is exactly as pictured even better in person. Host are responsive and very helpful. We had No issues no complaints

Ingrid is an excellent host, she was always in communication and willing to help make our stay a memorable one. Upon our arrival they gave us the key in the lobby and a staff member accompanied us to the apartment. We left the vehicle in the parking lot and took the elevator to get to the property. Something that is appreciated is having supermarket carts to transport everything from the parking lot. The apartment is spacious, and has a great view of the Capcana Marina, seeing the sunsets and sunrises as a family was the best. Something we appreciate for a good rest is that the property has comfortable beds and pillows, top-quality bed linens and towels, the air conditioners work 100% and allow you to maintain a pleasant temperature in all areas of the house. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and enough kitchenware. Steps to API beach, Maralía restaurant. I highly recommend it, I hope to be back soon.

One of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Not only was the place as described and beautiful, but management went above and beyond to cater to any requests or needs we had. Anytime I go back to Punta Cana, I will be sure to book with them!!!

We always feel right at home at Costa Atlantica. We have become friends with the staff members, and can't imagine staying anywhere else. It feels like family! What a gorgeous view, pool is super clean, rooms are spotless, and language barrier isn't an issue at all.
