House vacation rentals in Punat

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! It was a really nice vacation and we hope to be able to return in the future!

We had a great time with a group of seven in this beautiful, quiet mountain cottage. The pool was refreshing, the hot tub cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available for us in case of questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and also a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thanks for everything and best regards from Fürth/Nuremberg.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated – you felt comfortable from the first moment. We would like to highlight the hosts who were incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Everything was perfect – we would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the accommodation!

A home surrounded by a garden with local plants, herbs, and pine trees. Possibility to spread the linens under the trees, take a shower outdoors, wash the dog on the way back from the sea. In the house everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. An out of time experience with many comforts of our times. Very nice

Great place, down to earth and original!

We had a very nice stay in Punat. As a welcome gift, there was homemade honey and medicine :-) We felt very comfortable. The very nice landlord couple lives right next door and is always responsive. Privacy goes down a bit, but we were mainly on the beautiful island so everything was great and pleasant. Thank you for the great time.

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

Lovely accomodation right on the beach! We couldn't ask for more: great location, responsive and attentive host (thank you, Linda), beautiful spacious accomodation! We will be coming back for sure!

We liked the house very much and it corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (remote and yet you can quickly get to the city center and the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and a high chair were provided for our baby and a safety gate was also installed on the stairs and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We'll be back :)

The place and garden are really beautiful, we felt very comfortable 🌞 Even a sweet cat visited us every day. The only thing to complain about is that the Wi-Fi works very poorly.

Bruna's place is right in the old town of Vrbnik. Despite the great heat, we were able to have the stone house well air-conditioned. With two ways to sit outside and everything you need in the kitchen, we were well taken care of. Supermarket, bakery & many cafes & bars nearby! There are numerous steps into and inside the house! Bruno always responded quickly and helpful! We enjoyed our holiday very much! Thanks!

Check-in was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. but Sanja immediately accommodated us despite the fact that we arrived at 10:00 a.m. The apartment was small and very comfortable. Perfect for me, my wife, and a 10-month-old baby girl. The apartment is not brand new, so you have to know how to adapt, but everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom, on the other hand, was new, just redone! The location is great. 3-minute walk to the nearest beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation and for those of us who have small children and need to go back and forth from the apartment to the beach. Sanja has always been kind, helpful, responsive but never invasive. Dedicated parking space for guests, in front of the property. The parking spot is not covered. A beautiful garden with a table and umbrella, perfect for dining outdoors.

Check-in was lovely. We were very warmly welcomed with water, juice and a bottle of schnapps and first strengthened ourselves together. We were shown the whole house for an hour and given a lot of great recommendations. Everything was beautifully drawn on a map, which we then received. Also the house is really great! Totally clean, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathrooms are also great. The only "minus point" for us was the location, as the house is very remote. We knew that beforehand, of course, thanks to the good location, but a car on site is super important. Nevertheless, I would book the house again and again and rarely had such warm hosts and a very nice time! Check-in and check-out were also totally flexible!
