Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Try our cozy 5 bed, 3.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 13+. There’s a newly added bar area in the basement and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available.
