L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. The house, completely independent, is on one level, with a garden on three sides. It has a veranda, barbecue area with table and chairs and outdoor shower. In front of the house, two olive trees and a giant palm tree ensure the necessary shade in the hot summer of Pula. Suitable for families with children, the elderly and anyone who wants to be a stone's throw from the center and all the essential services: bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Beaches and archaeological area are minutes away.

La casa è in via Sant'Efisio (l'ingresso è in via Sauro), che porta direttamente alle spiagge di Pula e al sito archeologico di Nora. A 400m è l'uscita per la SS195 che permette di raggiungere la città di Cagliari o le incantevoli spiagge di Chia e Tuerredda. A 200m sono le fermate dell'autobus. L'area è servita da banche, market, bar e ristoranti. Il centro dista 10minuti a piedi.

Located in the center of Pula, the i Giardini complex is 2.7 km from Nora. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher and free private parking. Two bedrooms one double with en-suite and one with bunk bed. There is also a double sofa bed ideal for the fifth guest. Blue fan water park and Airport a few kilometers away. NO WIFI.
