Family-friendly vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

We had a great stay over here. Rita is a great host and very flexible. We only have one recommendation about the airconditioning; in hot periods it would be nice to have one in each room or at least a fan. Furthermore, everything was great!

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

We had a really nice time there. The house was clean and has a nice terrace. The dogs were so cute and friendly ☺️ Stefano and his son were really nice hosts. I recommend this place to those who want a great accommodation close to the beach.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Walter's apartment is a dream. The beach is within walking distance. We were on site by car and were able to visit other beaches. The restaurants on site or nearby were great. The two terraces are a dream for us. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. All rooms lead to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs to the city every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, so that's good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A couple of nice chairs in the garden would be great. And many thanks to Daniela for the great support during check-in and check-out and the many tips.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

We had a fantastically beautiful week! The accommodation is extremely clean, a wonderful ambience with a huge and incredibly cozy garden with plenty of seating. Also available is a huge fruit and vegetable garden, where guests can help themselves - incredible!! The pool is also wonderful! Alice and Giorgia were incredibly nice, they always had an open ear and always had time for us! We got fresh towels for the pool or beach every day; as well as a parasol, lounger, games for the beach, everything very straightforward!!! The Italian breakfast, which is included in the price, was also pleasant - exactly to our taste. The service staff was always super friendly. Free parking (we had a rental car), beautiful beaches. The adjacent restaurant (upscale cuisine) is highly recommended!! You can hear the traffic, but that didn't bother us too much. Dear Alice, dear Giorgia, thank you so much!!!

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Lovely stay, beatiful location. Quite rural but nearby there's jaw dropping views, beatiful beaches and a few restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.
