Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

New build house with a private pool, with gated community, located in a coldac sac with no traffic. Beach is from 7 to 10 minutes away. With a television in every room including a 70inch TV in the living room, and a 2 car garage for parking. Very spacious house with plenty of room to entertain your family.

This first floor unit is the best way to feel the true resort experience. You're steps away from everything you came to Rocky Point to do. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Yes, this is an ocean front with pool, secured gated parking & jacuzzi (only weekends). This apartment is located by Playa Mirador, walking distance from Manny's beach club and next to the beach access. You can also walk to Mood and La Oficina Bars where they offer live music almost every weekend. We offer 4 beds, one Queen size in the main bedroom and a bunk bed and a full size bed in the second bedroom enough for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the views are amazing.

Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.
