This unit is located on the sixth floor of the popular Sonoran Sun Resort. The property offers a swim up bar in the adults pool, heated during the winter, a children pool and two jacuzzis. Apartment is 920 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a 500 square foot ocean view patio. It is located in the Mirador area. This is a mostly residential area and mostly quiet. Located 2 block from the beach. Close by is Mannys, Pink Cadilac Pitaya, and the American Legion. 5 minutes from the Malacon and 13th street. Both are very popular with the tourists. My wife and I are long-time residents and can direct you to anything you need. The property is very clean and comfortable.

Yes, this is an ocean front with pool and jacuzzi (jacuzzi is on only on weekends), secured gated. This apartment is located by Playa Mirador, walking distance from Manny's beach club and next to the beach access. We offer 6 beds, 1 Queen size in the main bedroom, 2 bunk beds (3 full size 1 queen size) in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom enough, all for 9 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the views are amazing.

The condo has an updated kitchen w/ appliances, gadgets, dishware & utensils. 1 king bed in large master. Brand new beautiful walk in shower with built in bench in bathroom. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home away from home! Incredible view of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy time on the balcony overlooking the sunrise. Access to the pool and hot tub, with swim up bar. Walkable to restaurants, and short drive to town. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. In room washer and dryer. This unit is on an upper floor. There is elevator access and no steps to the unit.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be in the middle of an action packed beach and, because of that it can get noisy specially on busy weekends. If you are looking for quiet then it might be better to book your stay during the week or, ask about other properties we offer that are away from the hussle and bussle.
