Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

Thanks David for letting us staying in your beautiful house. You had everything we need that allows us to have a great time. My only suggestion would be the 2 bunk beds. Since there was not a lot of space in between them, it was a little uncomfortable to sleep like that even for kids. A different kind of bed would be better. Thank you!

Curt’s place was great! Our family enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back and recommend it. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Loved the second floor view and all the amenities. Curt was extremely responsive, my booking was very last minute due to an issue with another Airbnb and we felt so happy we could stay at his place and enjoy such a beautiful unit.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was cozy and perfect for our little getaway. We specifically chose this unit because it’s just a few steps from the pool and to top it off, it was heated! The kitchen is fully functional, and there were plenty of towels all around the unit, which was super convenient.We’d love to come back and enjoy more time here.A few helpful notes, especially if you’re traveling with your mother-in-law:Master Bedroom with a big closet (though only a few hangers)..The bed is very comfy but sits a bit high.The bunk bed is a little too high for toddlers.The bathroom in the room is a bit tight for larger people, but the shower is surprisingly big.Guest Bedroom:No closet access, but there’s a drawer chest.The shower drains slowly, so plan for quick showers or it might turn into a mini pool. Pet-friendly, but pets aren’t allowed in pool area.There’s a mini-market nearby Great for last-minute needs like napkins, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, water and snacks.

Our stay was great, friendly host, always answering my questions in a rapid friendly manner. Gorgeous well constructed house! The only thing, but is not related to the host, is that the Pickleball court didn’t have enough light to play at night.😩

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views!
