Hector meet us at the house which was great verses over the phone. The house was perfect very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be going back. House was cluttered free. The BBQ area worked out perfectly and we used it a few times. Thank you Hector for your hospitality.

Great place for a Mexico getaway, easy access to the beach and no need to leave if you don't want to. Everything you need in one spot.

This is the second time we've stayed here & we plan to return next year. We love the house and the area. Everything was excellent. We had a great time.

It is hard to imagine a more beautiful home and setting. The brick dome ceiling, beautiful wood and travertine finishes, sunken tile showers, and high end decorations all make this home very pleasing to the eye. The beds are extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The included kayak and paddle board were great fun. This home is located in a beautiful resort setting right next to the pools and beach. The mac computer and several TV's were an added bonus. This was truly an enjoyable vacation!

The place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. We would have liked some more utensils and other things in the kitchen so we didn't have to try and buy so much, but we understand how that goes and were not upset in the slightest. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It's right above the swimup bar. All the other pools are very close as well. The beach is under a 10 minute walk. It's also located close to other restaurants and the Malecon. You can get anywhere within 10 minutes of driving. Best part was the balcony and the beautiful views. Definitely worth it especially if you are going in a big group. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it had everything you can possibly need to cook.

Villa is beautifully situated on Sandy Beach with an amazing view of the Port. We loved the Villa’s location and had 3 kids with us who also had an amazing time at the resort pools, slides, etc. Would definitely come back - it was a great value and the location couldn’t be beat!

This property was truly beautiful, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated that the host always made sure there was someone available just in case we needed anything.

The house was a great way to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect for large groups and kid friendly too. Eric and Carol were easy to communicate with and always responsive!

A beautiful place. Very responsive and kind host. A little bit smaller than we were picturing, and it was so beautiful outside that we only wished there were bigger windows to the ocean!

Great location, we have stayed in the past on these condos always a great experience. Who ever wants to stay away from the night life and want a more private get away I would recommend staying here. Easy to find and great host.

We originally booked three nights at the paradise villas, But later added on another night because the location was so beautiful and peaceful! Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves. Kivoya was incredibly responsive to our needs. When we had a minor problem with the air conditioner, repairmen were there within the hour to fix the problem.

Overall, a great place to stay. There were minor issues but nothing that would keep me from staying there again. Great communication and response time from Kivoya team.
