Beautiful modern beachfront villa, at the residencial zone of Ayampe, take a retreat experience in this special and unique place with the best views and location. Ayampe is well known for its quiet and peaceful vibe, amazing nature, healthy eating, surf and yoga practice is just a part of it's charm. This place is design to enjoy the amazing beach of Ayampe that is just a few steps from the Villa, the best part is the incredible ocean/sunset view from the comfort of your bedroom.

Apartment for up to 4 people with a terrace overlooking the sea

The apartment is a single room (34m2 without the terrace), with a separate entrance, accessed by an outdoor staircase. It has a large private wooden terrace, with a nice ocean view and a hammock. The bathroom is very spacious, the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (with freezer), a 4-burner stove, a rice cooker, a coffee maker and a kettle, everything you need for your stay. The WiFi connection is very good quality, ideal for people who work online. Very safe.

I have my own guardian who will ensure safety and basic needs such as cleaning the pool, plants and any requirements regarding the operation of the property. Close to many tourist places and good restaurants.
