Perfect stay if you plan on being at the beach most or the day because there are no TV or AC. Check-in and check out we're a breeze. Nancy and her team are very prompt when responding.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and Victor treated us like family! set us up with hammocks at the beach, started a beach bonfire for us each night! we ate at 2 different places on the malecon, both were very good right on the beach and inexpensive! place was clean, comfortable, and very safe!

Very clean and organized. In addition, the complex where the apartment is located is divine, safe and private. We didn't have to go out all day because the guys who take care of us told us that they have food delivery to the apartment or beach. The apartment itself is divine, organized and neat. The host is very willing to help and concerned about always being clear. We love to come the best for a group of friends looking for a quiet accommodation.

Gabriela and her husband are great hosts! We told them we were going for our anniversary and they made us feel welcome from the very first minute. The directions were very clear. The place is very nice and cozy. The only drawback is that the place is a bit tucked away to get to, but it's not difficult to get to and it's surrounded by other houses.

Gabe and Johnny (the Property Manager) were the best hosts possible, I can't say enough good things about this place I got to stay in and Montanita in general. Beautiful location, its elevated so you get a perfect view of sunset everyday looking over the beach and town. When the surf is good you can see sets rolling in from your window which is pretty cool. Overall, would book here again. Very grateful for the turnout at this spot.

Andres is one of the best hosts I have come across all my way to the world of Airbnb, very pleasant to know that there are people who have values, principles and above all who treat you like family. The exact place with direct access to the beach , there is a common area where you can share, in high season or holiday you will clearly share the place but if you go at any time of the year you will have to enjoy the whole place , the kitchen is outside the dept , there is everything you need to cook and make your stay very enjoyable. I have no bad things that I said it was a pleasure to be in this beautiful place.

Everything was good, we were very happy with the stay at the place, the only thing was that I didn't read, I was surprised by the guarantee when I got the message with the instructions, but everything was very good, the service, cleanliness, if I had to return to Montañita, I would stay at the place again and recommend it to other people.

Excellent!! We really enjoyed it, we spent time with the family, the pool and the jacuzzi were great, the rooms were very comfortable, indoor parking, the place was very clean and with a beautiful view, and the manager Moises was very attentive. Honestly, I would go back and stay longer. some suggestions would be to change or fix the showers since there is little water, put towels and a little more cleaning in the bathrooms. But I want to clarify that it does not affect the enjoyment of the place. These are small things that will make this stay a dream.

The apartment's location is ideal to get out of the city routine as it is on top of a hill with a spectacular view of the town and the mountains. To access it, I recommend going in a high car since the road is very steep and uneven. I went in a car and I scraped it every time I went up. I recommend this place to disconnect from the city and for people who are willing to have an adventure I congratulate the Host as he was always attentive and super friendly!

Casa Vicente is in a private citadel with beach access on foot. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was clean! Each room has a TV and air conditioning.

A perfect place to disconnect and at the same time not be completely away, important to have a car or means of mobilization, there are no shops nearby (walking)
