The apartment is a single room (34m2 without the terrace), with a separate entrance, accessed by an outdoor staircase. It has a large private wooden terrace, with a nice ocean view and a hammock. The bathroom is very spacious, the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (with freezer), a 4-burner stove, a rice cooker, a coffee maker and a kettle, everything you need for your stay. The WiFi connection is very good quality, ideal for people who work online. Very safe.

Each structure is independent, spacious, comfortable, with everything you need. The characteristic of this Residence is the location in a quiet, private, green, clean, and safe area, a 10-minute walk from the beach, and a short walk from Machalilla National Park.
