Very cozy apartment located on 1st floor. Take advantage of its generous dimension (80 m2) both for the terrace and patio and for its interior. Take advantage of its luminosity and avoid the high number of dark "tube" apartments so widespread on the island. Its position in full curve of the access street makes possible a beautiful view of the sea from both the living room and the main terrace.
