The apartment is located in the Playa Honda area, between Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. The environment invites tranquility and relaxation, to enjoy long walks or bike rides along the beach and its surroundings. A two-minute walk to the beach and Playa Honda promenade. A five-minute walk from a nice shopping mall with a supermarket, shops, pharmacy, cafes, and a movie theater. Parking is available on the street and generally at the apartment door. Non-tourist area where you can mix with locals and local restaurants.

It is located 5 km from Arrecife, 1.4 km from the airport, 3 min. walk from the beach and a maritime avenue that runs from Arrecife to Pto. del Carmen perfect for walking or biking. It is close to Deiland Mall, restaurants and bus stops and taxis.
