The apartment has a wonderful view and is very private. Had a few minor issues upon our arrival but it was communicated to Paulina, some might have been user error such as the master bedroom TV not working and one sliding door remaining locked and not able to unlock it. Before arrival, Paulina mentioned the limited electric usage and possible additional charge if we went over the meter reading. It was hot in June and at times it felt better to close the sliding doors and enjoy the view in a cool space, but we didn't want to go over the electric amount so we tried to limit that. Felt secure and safe. They have some very strict rules at the pool, some that honestly are unnecessary due to the small amounts of guests but I did feel the guards or security people by the pool were a little over the top. In one occasion, I had my kids with me, their water shoes, goggles and one of their tiny shorts next to the pool. The security told me that I couldn't have toys or clothing by the pool.

I'd seen this listing many times before and we finally made it! The living room and terrace area are very big, it's nice that there are 2 full bathrooms. There's plenty of security so its very save. Puerto Cancun is RIGHT next door and you can walk there which makes the stay very practical. I love the local restaurants near by specially ONORA. The AC in the apartment works really well and is silent, which is a plus. The rules are very very strict so just be mindful. I've stayed in bigger apartments all over Cancun, but if you don't have a rented car, this has the best location.

Me quedé unos días en este loft en Cancún y la verdad es que superó mis expectativas. El lugar es perfecto para una escapada rápida: limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Lo que más me gustó fue la terraza —tiene unas vistas increíbles y una hamaca donde me quedaba tirado al atardecer, escuchando música y dejando que pasara el tiempo. No es un lugar lujoso, pero tiene muy buena vibra. Ideal si vas de paso, quieres relajarte y no complicarte la vida. Lo recomendaría sin duda, sobre todo si buscas algo tranquilo y bien ubicado.
