Loved staying here. Luz was always very quick to respond when needed. Would stay stay here again if I ever return to San Pancho.

A lovely place to stay! We enjoyed learning about the history of the home, replete with local arts and crafts and even a drum that our two year old loved to play. The hummingbird nest just outside completed the experience. I'm so grateful that we had a chance to stay in Laura's place - would certainly repeat the visit!

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The house is in a great location for a quiet getaway, but close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Gruene, etc. for fun activities and dining. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. The balcony views of the hill country, especially at sunset was a highlight. Our hosts did everything to make us feel like welcome guests in their home.

Fue una estadía cómoda!, el lugar coincide con las fotos y es una zona tranquila muy cerca del centro, las recomendaciones que nos hicieron para nuestro viaje fueron muy buenas y tambien la piscina, el único detalle es la cocina que no estaba en condiciones, fuera de eso todo bien!!

Muy buen alojamiento, centrico, las camas muy agusto, el baño, todo bien, solo como detalle hay mucho ruido exterior de los camiones, pero de todo lo demas todo excelente, si volveriamos

Excelente atención por parte de Irma desde nuestra llegada, nos brindaron la flexibilidad de dejar nuestras maletas antes de la hora de check in, nos brindaron recomendaciones sobre lugares para comer y como movernos, la casa tiene todo lo necesario y está cerca de cantaritos el güero.

This was our first time to Texas and we visited to come celebrate our nephews graduation from Dripping Springs HS. This home was a perfect location to the a high School and stores/restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. The home was beautifully decorated, clean, updated and we had everything we needed! The layout of the rooms and extra 1/2 bath was really nice! The beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious. We felt right at home. Air conditioning worked great too! We will definitely recommend to others and would stay again. Thanks for having us!

great location, pet friendly; right on the beach. the access road is all dirt but shouldn't be a problem; overall really good place and super friendly

El lugar es realmente increíble, un lugar donde conectar con la naturaleza en calma, lo único a lo que le prestaría un poco de atención es a la terracería para llegar, fuera de eso el lugar es un pequeño oasis en el bosque ! This is our second time visiting Los Chonchos. Casa Hueso is the newest palapa and is beautifully decorated and clean. Jennifer was great at communicating and helping us find a driver from the airport to the pier whom we could trust with our luggage when we ran into the grocery store in PVR. My kids, 6 and 10, loved the swings around the kitchen island and all the seashells we found. Out of 24 palapas, around 3 or 4 are occupied full time, and others are vacation homes, of which a few rent; so it is quite secluded, with often private beaches. It is a special place and a paradise.

My party and I had a fantastic time. We were very grateful for the A/C as we are not used to the Austin heat. If we ever find ourselves back in Austin again I will definitely want to book with this airbnb again!

Host was super helpful and accommodating! Home is clean, well thought out, modern decor, with comfortable beds and furniture. Everything needed to cook. Refrigerator is cold and makes a lot of ice. Good location in a quiet, private area. Quality stay for an affordable price. Great for our girls trip to float the river and see a concert.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb while attending an event at the Austin Yacht Club—it couldn’t have been more convenient, just minutes away. The house was perfect: clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Lan was a great host. Very helpful and accommodating. House was as described in listing, and clean. It was close to everything, but also gave that peaceful private feel.

first, the place is amazing. It was clearly decorated not just to high standards, but also with comfort and a sense of serenity in mind. Walking into the house, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were all spotless, well arranged and already cooled (important when coming out of the Texas heat). Normal consumables such as salt, sugar, tea, coffee, spices and other condiments were already on hand so all that was required was visiting the local stores to pick up any foods for the evening. to facilitate this two coolers were available along with directions to local stores and eateries. the yard outside was terraced, however a running creak at the border allowed one to see turtles. frogs, crayfish, fish, squirrels, rabbits, and a variety of birds. The roads in the subdivision were a little rough however it is a friendly and relaxed environment and easily walkable to the lake. And once your adventure is done you have the quiet and peacefulness of this wonderful house.

A very nice house in the area, if you want to be in this area this is a great house. We stayed for two nights and found everything we needed and the description matches the house. The lake is what it is currently (April-25) but we knew that before booking. We wanted the area and a clean big modern house which we got. Family of four, we would definitely come back!

My wife and I stayed at Jubilee Haus for a month in February 2025. it was our forth winter in Fredericksburg and this house was by far the best. The house is spacious and comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The screened in porch is awesome as is the hot tub. It's private yet close enough to town to be anywhere in Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. There are deer and farm animals visible up and down the road along the Pedernales River. Meghan and John we wonderful hosts, always checking on us, we felt like family. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to Fredericksburg. We loved everything about Jubilee Haus! Ten out of Ten! Amazing!

La ubicación está excelente ya que tiene todo a la mano , en cuestión de pocos minutos ya estás en cualquier tienda o plaza comercial, la tranquilidad, seguridad, limpieza y atención que nos brindaron fue muy buena, definitivamente mi familia y yo volveríamos nuevamente a disfrutar de esta estancia. 10 / 10👍
