Loved staying here. Luz was always very quick to respond when needed. Would stay stay here again if I ever return to San Pancho.

A lovely place to stay! We enjoyed learning about the history of the home, replete with local arts and crafts and even a drum that our two year old loved to play. The hummingbird nest just outside completed the experience. I'm so grateful that we had a chance to stay in Laura's place - would certainly repeat the visit!

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The house is in a great location for a quiet getaway, but close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Gruene, etc. for fun activities and dining. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. The balcony views of the hill country, especially at sunset was a highlight. Our hosts did everything to make us feel like welcome guests in their home.

Very good accommodation, central, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom, everything is fine, only as a detail there is a lot of outside noise from the trucks, but everything else is excellent, if we would come back

Miguel is an exceptional host, as he is always attentive to any requests and questions. The accommodation is spacious and always clean. I recommend it.

Place is great! The condo is an open air model for the stairs. 1 room on 3rd floor with restroom. Kitchen/living on 2nd floor with restroom and laundry. 3 bedrooms on lower floor. 2 with king beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. Very close to the zona romantica, about a 15 min walk to the beach. We walked down to zona romantica and then Ubered back. The street is very steep to get to the house. There is a staffed front desk who provides your keys at check-in. It is a little walk to the condo but the staff helps get your luggage to the condo. It is located with several other similar condos with the beyond yoga retreat. We used beyond yoga retreat for uber purposes because the road names are a little complicated. We had an issue with water backing up in the shower and it was fixed immediately. There is daily cleaning and support staff. I would recommend this place!

Excellent service from Irma since our arrival, they gave us the flexibility to leave our luggage before check-in time, they gave us recommendations on places to eat and how to get around, the house has everything you need and is close to cantaritos el güero.

This was our first time to Texas and we visited to come celebrate our nephews graduation from Dripping Springs HS. This home was a perfect location to the a high School and stores/restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. The home was beautifully decorated, clean, updated and we had everything we needed! The layout of the rooms and extra 1/2 bath was really nice! The beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious. We felt right at home. Air conditioning worked great too! We will definitely recommend to others and would stay again. Thanks for having us!

great location, pet friendly; right on the beach. the access road is all dirt but shouldn't be a problem; overall really good place and super friendly

This is our second time visiting Los Chonchos. Casa Hueso is the newest palapa and is beautifully decorated and clean. Jennifer was great at communicating and helping us find a driver from the airport to the pier whom we could trust with our luggage when we ran into the grocery store in PVR. My kids, 6 and 10, loved the swings around the kitchen island and all the seashells we found. Out of 24 palapas, around 3 or 4 are occupied full time, and others are vacation homes, of which a few rent; so it is quite secluded, with often private beaches. It is a special place and a paradise.

Both aesthetically pleasing and gloriously functional, Brittaney's Taos mountain home was super comfortable. It felt private but not isolated and close enough to plenty of great food, hiking, and shopping while having really pretty nature views. I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked, and that nothing was too cluttered. We had such a peaceful stay with plenty of room to stretch out!

We had a great stay here and are thankful for Austin's ability to accommodate our early check in. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath place was a perfectly comfortable and convenient place for us right across from a community park, pool, bus route to downtown, and some neighborhood eats.

Host was super helpful and accommodating! Home is clean, well thought out, modern decor, with comfortable beds and furniture. Everything needed to cook. Refrigerator is cold and makes a lot of ice. Good location in a quiet, private area. Quality stay for an affordable price. Great for our girls trip to float the river and see a concert.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb while attending an event at the Austin Yacht Club—it couldn’t have been more convenient, just minutes away. The house was perfect: clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Lan was a great host. Very helpful and accommodating. House was as described in listing, and clean. It was close to everything, but also gave that peaceful private feel.

first, the place is amazing. It was clearly decorated not just to high standards, but also with comfort and a sense of serenity in mind. Walking into the house, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were all spotless, well arranged and already cooled (important when coming out of the Texas heat). Normal consumables such as salt, sugar, tea, coffee, spices and other condiments were already on hand so all that was required was visiting the local stores to pick up any foods for the evening. to facilitate this two coolers were available along with directions to local stores and eateries. the yard outside was terraced, however a running creak at the border allowed one to see turtles. frogs, crayfish, fish, squirrels, rabbits, and a variety of birds. The roads in the subdivision were a little rough however it is a friendly and relaxed environment and easily walkable to the lake. And once your adventure is done you have the quiet and peacefulness of this wonderful house.

A very nice house in the area, if you want to be in this area this is a great house. We stayed for two nights and found everything we needed and the description matches the house. The lake is what it is currently (April-25) but we knew that before booking. We wanted the area and a clean big modern house which we got. Family of four, we would definitely come back!

My wife and I stayed at Jubilee Haus for a month in February 2025. it was our forth winter in Fredericksburg and this house was by far the best. The house is spacious and comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The screened in porch is awesome as is the hot tub. It's private yet close enough to town to be anywhere in Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. There are deer and farm animals visible up and down the road along the Pedernales River. Meghan and John we wonderful hosts, always checking on us, we felt like family. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing visit to Fredericksburg. We loved everything about Jubilee Haus! Ten out of Ten! Amazing!
