The apartment is all brand new and very charming for new construction. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, close to lots of great restaurants and everything you need. The price is slightly on the higher side for the square footage, but it feels worth it since everything is new and well-designed. The AC works, though we wished it was a bit stronger—especially with the extreme heat in Mérida at the end of May. Also, the soap and shampoo provided smelled really good, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely stay.

The building towers are illuminated at night, displaying a heart shape created by lights in the windows. The exterior features a modern design with a grid of vertical elements that accentuates the building's height and structure.

Alejandra & Marcela’s place was the cherry on top to our trip! It was located right in the center of Centro Historico with so many great restaurants, food vendors, parks, and more! We were able to walk everywhere or easily have access to the train or an Uber. Coming back to the cozy air bnb and being greeted by the lovely concierge was so nice. The air bnb has everything you need plus more! I will always keep Alejandra’s and Marcela’s place saved for the next time I’m in CDMX 🫶🏼✨

I must confess that we left a family commitment (reason for choosing Airbnb) early, in order to enjoy our stay a little more in the warm, comfortable, tidy space with a view of "La Malinche" that, at night (to our liking), is much better enjoyed. No complaints. Tip: If you don't have a car, public transportation passes on Avenida 15 de Mayo (in front of the apartment) that leaves you on Boulevard Norte, from where you can connect to places of interest or, if you walk a little further - towards "Galerías Serdán" (Boulevard Hermano Serdán) -, in addition to taxis, there are buses or minibuses; even if you walk to the Wal Mart next door, you'll find taxis most of the time. Conclusion: yes, we would return.
