On 47 sqm you will find a bright living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment also features a balcony and parking space and covered bicycle parking space are included – ideal for relaxing days between the beach, nature and town.

The apartment "alte Schmiede" is located in the attic of the "alte Schmiede" opposite the manor house. This apartment is only accessible via an external staircase, so it is not barrier-free. The small town of Hessenburg is not far from the Saaler Bodden and just a stone's throw from Fischland/Darß.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

Our beautiful, fully equipped apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the Vorpommerische Boddenlandschaft National Park is located in the quiet village of Bresewitz, just 4 km from the beach in Zingst. The cranes pass over our south-west balcony in autumn and spring. Our guests have 2 parking spaces, a lockable bicycle cellar, 5 minutes to the ice cream shop and nature right outside the door.

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.
