In the garden you can sit comfortably under the large walnut tree and unwind.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

You can store your bikes under a covered area. The town center, with plenty of shopping options, and the beach are within walking distance.

The apartment has about 65 sqm and a 35 sqm roof terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and grill. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is a self-built pirate ship and a swing in the large garden. The apartment is a five-minute walk from Bodden beach.
