What a beautiful stay in a perfect location in Mergozzo. The view is absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of room for us. Laura was an excellent host with great communication. Would highly recommend

Une très belle maison, au calme, proche de la nature. Idéal pour des vacances en famille en prenant le temps. Claudio est extrêmement aimable et serviable. La maison est ancienne avec beaucoup de meubles d’époques, malgré tout les salles de bains sont neuves et les lits confortables. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Was für einen riesen Glücksfall, dass wir diese Unterkunft entdeckt haben und die Gastgeber kennenlernen durften! Paola und Gianni sind wunderbare herzliche liebevolle Gastgeber. Alles war so unkompliziert, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Dieses Gefühl, sich zu Hause zu fühlen in einer italienischen Villa war einfach traumhaft und wir konnten uns an dem versprochenen atemberaubenden Blick kaum satt sehen. Das Apartment ist central gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und bietet alles, was für einen eigenständigen entspannten gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfählen, es spiegelt das Flair von Baveno, einfach wunderschön. Vielen Dank Paola & Gianni für eure leckeren Tea Time und die sehr interessanten Gespräche.

gîte bien situé pour visiter les différents lacs ( Majeur , Come , Orta.) Pour se rendre à Milan nous avons pris le train à la gare de Ternate Varano Borghi . 40 mn à pied depuis le gîte.

Sonja hat uns supernett empfangen. Das Haus war genau für unsere Bedürfnisse vorbereitet und obendrein war für uns noch Wasser und eine Flasche kaltgestellt. Da das Wetter kalt und regnerisch war, war es sehr angenehm, dass Sonja bereits die Heizung angestellt hatte. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Mit 3 Bädern waren wir gut versorgt und auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Alles ist da. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu wundervollen Zielen. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant und eine Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nähe . Zum Einkaufen kann man schnell in den nächsten Ort fahren. Wir 6 Freunde haben uns superwohl gefühlt und empfehlen Sonja und die Villa Cristina auf jeden Fall weiter.

We loved staying at this beautiful family villa. The house is spacious and it was greating having two bathrooms. The outside space and garden is huge and we especially loved the pizza oven. Giuliana was very responsive and the self check-in was very easy. We would love to come back in spring/summer!

A pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. We absolutely loved our week in Casa Antonia. The house and garden were immaculate, and the terrace has spectacular views of the mountains and lake. Location is perfect for exploring the well-marked trails through the woods, and close enough to local village facilities. Vita and team were helpful without ever being intrusive. I honestly can't remember staying in a nicer place for a holiday. It was the perfect base for a family holiday near Lake Maggiore.

La struttura è molti grande e perfetta per un gruppo di 8 persone come siamo stati noi. Ogni stanza era attrezzata perfettamente, in particolar modo il bagno perché ha il gabinetto e il bidet insieme: uno spettacolo! La vista dalla terrazza è sempre stata bucolica, sia durante il tiepido giorno che nella buia notte. I letti sono inoltre risultati molto comodi e ben attrezzati contro il freddo invernale. L'unica "pecca" è stata la difficoltà con cui il piano inferiore si è riscaldato, ma una cosa di poco conto sommandola all'intera esperienza. Benedetta è stata gentilissima nell'accoglienza e nel darci un paio di consigli su cosa poter fare e sulle piccole attenzioni da avere. Una vera ciliegina sulla torta!

We stayed as four couples so had the whole house to ourselves great each having en-suite bathrooms and one to spare ,nice communal area ,kitchen was ok but we hardly cooked in ,great location for the lake and the railway station.Patrizia was very attentive and any problem we had she sorted straight away.Stresa is a beautiful place lots of lovely bars and restaurants and the lake is stunning. We done the scenic train to Locarno and then ascona which was stunning and the ferry back to stresa , we have all fell in love with the Italian lakes.

The house was beautiful with an incredible view. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for a large group, plenty of options and the beds were comfortable. The host was a great communicator and answered questions quickly. I’d stay here again but next time I would rent a car if staying here. It’s within walking distance to downtown Baveno but only issue is if you want to go anywhere else taxi / Ubers are extremely difficult and expensive to come by.

This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage mit gigantischem Blick auf den See. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatten viele Tipps für uns. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir bedanken uns für das Vertrauen, uns mit 8 Kindern in Deiner Villa besuchen zu dürfen, für die fantastische Kommunikation, für die schöne Zeit, die wir auf Deinem Anwesen am wunderschönen Lago Maggiore hatten, für alles, was wir nutzen durften - vom Liegestuhl, übers Shampoo, hin zum Kaffee und dem Wein im Kühlschrank bis zur Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Autos standen eine Woche still. Zu Fuß zum Supermarkt. Mit Flossen an den Füßen zum See. Aus dem Bett in die Hängematte. Mit dem Schiff übers Wasser. Mit Hunger ins Restaurant. Mit Freude dabei. Danke von Herzen.

Maison magnifique au calme sur les hauteurs du Lac Majeur. Rénovation exceptionnelle mêlant mise en valeur du patrimoine ancien et standard de confort moderne, la maison est très agréable à vivre, notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. Terrasse avec vue splendide sur le Lac. À proximité de nombreux sites d’intérêt dans une région envoûtante. Communication excellente avec Megan et Tomas.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig, von allem war mehr als genug da. Der Pool war sehr sauber und hat seinen Job getan. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen konnte man sehr gut sitzen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für diese Villa.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend with Scott and Anette! The accommodation was stunning – stylish, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. But what truly made the stay special were our wonderful hosts: Scott and Anette were incredibly kind, always available, and genuinely helpful at any time. The price-performance ratio was perfect, and there's no doubt – we wouldn’t just come back, we will come back! It’s also great to know that we can reach out to them directly for other accommodation options they might offer. We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, der perfekt eingezäunte Garten, war ein Traum mit Kindern und Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar

We searched for an Italian experience away from major tourist spots (i.e. Rome, Florence, Venice) and found it with this villa in Bee, Italy. The villa offers a quiet, peaceful, spacious atmosphere in a traditional Italian setting. The home atmosphere is turn of the century residence upgraded with modern amenities. The villa offers a full service kitchen adequate for large dinners. We contracted with two different local chefs who offered a cooking class and dinner for our group at the villa. Both were able to complete the event using the kitchen equipment and utensils. Within a short walk is a small grocery store, post office, Catholic church, and pharmacy. The location is well located to pools, golf courses, and multiple restaurants, as well as daily trips to Stresa, Milan, and Switzerland. Gerry was very responsive to our needs and requests. The villa is a good fit for our group with a mixture of adults and children. We look forward to returning to the area in the future.
