The Duett apartment is absolutely stunning, as is the garden of the Villa. I traveled with my 2-year-old dog, who was warmly welcomed by Mimi, who has to be the kindest yellow lab in Italy, and I think he enjoyed the beautiful garden as much as we did. The apartment is so perfectly located, you feel like you are in a little piece of heaven. I will definitely return if I have the occasion.

We felt very comfortable at the place and had a great stay. The apartment is super clean, very well equipped, modernly furnished and at the same time has a lot of charm. The contact with Jonas was impeccable and very friendly. Everything was wonderful - we definitely recommend the place and would come back.

The rooms are right on the Lago. Shortly across the street, you are at your own bar incl. Boat& sup rental & 2 loungers per room!. Check-in and check-out were totally friendly & fast, as well as the complete communication as far as everything else is concerned via. Whatsapp! Breakfast at Lago directly, which you can book (10€), I can definitely recommend! The rooms are small, not the most modern. But it wasn't important to us at all, bed & pillow were ok. I can definitely recommend the overall package for a short vacation, as well as the tip to book the offer with the 40 hp. Glad to come back!

Very nice place to stay with perfect views and pleasant location. The rooms and amenities are wonderful and communication was excellent.

We felt very comfortable and slept well The apartment itself perfect for our circumstances, everything is sufficiently available. The location with a car was great, a lot to do in every direction and easy to reach. Parking and complex perfect, a super nice park as well as the house itself a villa. We will be back.

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

Had a perfect holiday in a superb location. Lovely swimming pool and swimming in Lago di Mergozzo. Accommodations were completely perfect. Village with boulevard within walking distance. Pierina and Walter are wonderful sweet hostess and host, always willing to give tips. We really felt welcome and nothing was too crazy. So nice and so much beautiful, we were far from bored.

Our warmest recommendations from here. An absolutely amazing place in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is lovely and has the most amazing view of the lake. Easy access to lake and activities and just a short walk along the lake to Mergozzo. Our kids were also very excited about the clean and delicious pools. We met an incredibly warm and welcoming host couple and can only recommend staying here. There are absolutely no minuses.

The apartment is located in a beautiful complex. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. In the complex there is a great park with a large pool. The apartment itself has everything you need - only air conditioning is not available.

We struggled with the lock but Giuseppe was extremely helpful. The place was very good value for money as we wanted space and a garden for our dog and a washing machine as we were on a month long trip. At first you don’t get an instant impression of where you are but the location was right next to a panoramic walk along the lake for about 20 mins into the town.

The apartment is clean and well maintained, in a quiet area, a little away from the city center. There is a pier for the Borromean Islands just down the hill, following the road that descends from the church. The apartment is well-equipped and the garden is very pleasant. Marco was very welcoming, responsive to our messages and his instructions are very clear. Our stay was very nice and we'll keep the address for our next stay at Lake Maggiore.

Our stay in the place of Lucrezia&Emilio was indeed amazing: private, peaceful a full of comfort. Emilio is friendly and approachable host, and the accommodation itself overcomes all expectations.

A fabulous stay, great view!!!

We stayed at the place for nine days and were generally very satisfied. The extremely central location and the balcony facing directly onto the lake are noteworthy. So you can read a book or drink a coffee there. The balcony to the rear, by the bedrooms, is much quieter and also very sunny, mainly in the afternoon. Although Carla said it was a problem to park the car, we almost always found a parking space in front of the house or within walking distance on the promenade. Since we're not Italians, the waste system was a challenge for us. But Karla also helped us very well here. Our dog also felt very comfortable and enjoyed the sunshine on the balcony and watched the people from there. All in all a very good apartment in the best central waterfront location in Stresa. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment.

The apartment was just as described in Katrin´s text above. Perfect just next to lago Maggiore. And the apartment has everything.

Our visit to Marta’s place was relaxing and enjoyable. We spent two nights there and decided to eat in both nights because of the location and facilities. Marta even sorted out the barbecue for us. Lots of nice touches milk, juice,breakfast stuff all available upon our arrival. A very relaxing stop in a busy area of the lake.

A great relaxing location on the waterfront. Our host Mafalda was very attentive and made sure our stay was exactly as we wanted. We enjoyed the private balcony next to the water with sun beds and outdoor furniture. The 2 sunshades were very good to have. We also rented a boat through Mafalda which was of top quality and well maintained. It was a great way to see the lake and the attractions she pointed out to us. Please note the apartment does not have air conditioning however, the bedroom has an oscillating fan, and, as there were no mosquitoes we were able to have the terrace doors open all night. It was not an issue for us. A 5 minute walk to Feriolo gives you access to a myriad of cafes and restaurants of varying price and service. Thank you Mafalda for a great experience. We had an absolutely lovely stay here. With four adults and two young children we had plenty of room and so enjoyed having the lake on our doorstep and the kayaks. We will definitely be back!
