Vacation rentals with a home theater in Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola

When we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife showed us the apartment, which was really kind. The apartment has everything you need and more: kitchen with not only a stove but also an oven and a dishwasher, bathroom with a washing machine and an exceptional shower, AC in the living room and bedroom. We hardly ever used the AC since the apartment has a private terrasse, which we enjoyed very much and where had all our meals! The terrasse has a cover which kept us cool even when it was hot outside. The location of the apartment is perfect: 20 min panoramic walk along the Lago Maggiore to the center of Stresa, 5 min walk to the ferry which takes you to Isola Bella and the other islands. We absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Melissa and Eduardo are great hosts. They were always easily accessible and helpful. We especially liked the small private beach section, because you are really on your own In Stresa, you can reach it in 4 minutes by car, where you can stroll, eat and shop comfortably. We were very pleased with the apartment and highly recommend it

Working week in Varallo, great central solution, lots of nearby bars and restaurants, parking not far (after the bridge), spacious accommodation.

Very good environment and soothing garden. Independent accommodation on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The very discreet family lives upstairs and is very nice.

Ilaria and Giorgio are the most welcoming and loving people we have ever met our lives!! The tranquility and frankness for us, but especially for our children was so exceptionally beautiful!! We are super grateful for what we have received from them in such a short time! We will definitely go back to the mountain of love as our children said and felt!! Our extended family (3 couples + 1 child) stayed here for 1 week. We never met Gianfrancesco, but communication was great and helpful. We were delayed at arriving at the house, but Gianfrancesco was very understanding and the housekeeper met us at the place in the evening when we arrived. The place is fantastic. Sits on the lake with a little private pier we used for swimming. The house itself is beautiful. It consists of 3 bedrooms for adults (1 with an attached private bathroom), 1 bedroom for kids, 2 more shared bathroom, and a common area consisting of a kitchen, dining area sofas to relax (as well as a nice balcony). There's great A/C in each room and the common area which we used since it was quite hot during our stay. The place is also well equipped with a washer, drier and a dishwasher. There's lots of parking space (we had 2 cars). The place is amazing for kids since it has an insane amount of toys and a lot of room to play. The little one had a blast. Overall, great stay

We loved our stay at Nido del Sole! It is a typical Italian house with a lot of charm and character. However, it has been renovated very tastefully and everything is new. We loved that there is a green colour theme which runs through the house tying all the spaces together. The garden is connected to the living room and is a peaceful space to chill. Meina is a small town with a few good restaurants and it is also possible to swim in the lake. Elena is one of the best hosts we've had, very friendly, communicative and so helpful. We totally recommend Nido del Sole! Thank you so much Elena for a lovely long weekend :)

very nice place! We were not lucky because of the weather the 1st day and the last day, and especially because there were construction works in the street every morning at 8:00am, but that is all. The location is nice and Francesca is very kind!! I would love to come back if I had a chance!

The property is very centrally located. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the lake, great restaurants and cafes. You can explore the surroundings on foot or drive to neighboring towns in a few minutes. We were on site with a baby, that also worked wonderfully in the accommodation. There is an elevator, but it is very small. Therefore, you can either leave the stroller folded in the hallway (or carry it up the few steps and place it in the apartment). Top: modern amenities, air conditioning, washing machine for emergencies, many and large closets, in which you can store everything super and thus fully use the small size of the apartment. The location is really great! If you have difficulties with the garage like we did (Mercedes B class in relation to the narrow garage was problematic), there are some free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Alessandro and his wife were very nice hosts.
