Bellissimo! Wonderful apartment and so near the lake. We loved to sit at the benches by the lake in the evenings. Inside it was cool even in hot weather.

Tolle, moderne, große, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Christoph ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Ruhig gelegen mit Parkplatz. Von Prad aus erreicht man in kurzer Zeit vielfältige Wintersport und Bergsport Ziele.

Alessandra was the best host we’ve stayed with so far. She was proactive, letting us know a couple weeks in advance that the train would not be running and sending a link to the express bus to Varenna. All of our communication were friendly and Alessandra went out of her way to answer questions, make recommendations for things to do and give directions on how to get places. I enjoyed my communication with Alessandra and learned a lot about the culture and community of Varenna from her. The apartment is cozy and clean. The other people in the building were courteous, and helpful. The location can’t be beat. Beauty surrounds you. I would recommend Alessandra’s place to anyone wanting to visit Varenna.

Great spot to stay in for seeing Lake Como. Bellano itself has many wonderful eateries and shops as well as the 'Horrible' which is a stunning waterfall gorge walk in the centre of the town itself. The station is very walkable and the ferries (including the fantastic fast ferries) come to the pier directly opposite the flat. Only issue is to make sure you do not rely on the wi-fi inside the flat as it does not work. We would get connected for about 10 minutes at a time and then have no internet for a long while. This is a bit of a shame as it makes researching places to visit very difficult.

We booked it at the last minute. What a great place it was. We would go back again and again. Only warning, everything in the area is a big climb. The terrain in that area is difficult, be able to walk and have comfortable shoes. It is beautiful with great places to eat. Enjoy!!

Great apartment with lake access and close to the pool. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and care into making their guests feel at home.

Vi hadde et fint opphold i denne leiligheten. Rent og pent. Veldig god plassering for oss. Det er en liten strand/park rett ned i gaten der elven møter sjøen. Her kan man slappe av eller ta et iskaldt bad :-) Som noen tidligere har nevnt er det bokstavelig talt 2 minutter å gå til busstoppet. Vi besøkte både Menaggio, Bellagio og Varenna under vårt korte besøk her. Tips: Vær tidlig ute om du skal ta båt fra Menaggio til Varenna/Bellagio, køene blir fort veldig lange.

This apartment was convenient to train and ferry. That convenience does lead to some crowds and noise just outside your windows. The convenience is well worth the noise. The upgrades done to this place were lovely, especially the shower!

Everything was smooth, will go again!

We had a great stay at this apartment at Lake Como. The place was super clean, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works very well, which was a big plus during the warm days. The view from the apartment is incredible, and the kitchen was well-equipped for meals at home. Communication with Simone was excellent - very responsive, friendly, and proactive, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The balcony is a lovely spot to relax, though a bit of shade would make it even more enjoyable during midday. Be aware that the walkway and stairs leading to the apartment are quite steep, which can be tricky - especially in wet weather. The parking spot is spacious, but crossing the main road to reach the apartment can feel a bit dangerous, so extra caution is needed. All in all, a lovely place with great amenities and views. Happy to visit again!

Nous avons cette villa pendant 1 semaine à 2 familles, soit 8personnes, enfants de 5 à 10ans. L agencement de la maison est bien fait avec les chambres en dessous. La maison était propre et la literie plutôt bonne. La deco est vieillissante mais il y a tout ce Qu il faut pr cuisiner. De mon point de vue c est une maison d été, car l espace de vie intérieur est assez petit, mais la terrace est magnifique!! J’aimais eu une aussi belle vue!! La petite plage a bcp amusé les enfants, qui ont joué aux ricochets pendant des heures. Le propriétaire a était flexible sur les heures. Nous avons eu un problème avec une douche, qui a été gérée dans la journée, très efficace. La route au dessus de la maison génére en effet pas mal de bruit. Cela nous a pas trop gêné car nous n étions présent que pour les petits déjeuner et certains dîners. Cette nuisance sonore se retrouve dans 90% des logements en bord de lac, car il n y a 1 route et que les maisons y sont collés. Resto:crème caramel à 5min au top

Splendide! Nous entrons dans une allée de jasmin blanc et hortensias de toute les couleurs, des agrumes pour arriver à l’entrée de la maison. Vous pouvez stationner devant pour décharger la voiture. Des places gratuites sont plus hautes dans la rue. La maison est parfaite et très fonctionnelle. À l’intérieur tout est moderne et l’équipement y est plus que complet. Nous sommes reçues mieux que par de la famille c’est rare en air bnb. Je n’ai jamais eu d’accueil pareil en hôtel en famille en location. C’était fabuleux. La terrasse est à coupé le souffle! c’est grandiose. proche de tout les commerces nécessaires. Un accueil magique un accès direct au lac. Un jardin clos avec piscine. Ma chienne a passé son séjour dans l’eau. Pour les voyageurs ayant des hésitations par rapport à leurs animaux, l’Italie est l’amie des chien! et La propriétaire de la maison a eu mille attention pour mon chien et pour nous!! Nous recommandons cette maison qui nous a permis de découvrir Côme! U

Many thanks for this beautiful place! Federica thought absolutely about everything, you can feel there like in real italian home. Its so close to the lake, shops and restaurants. If you want to feel italian vibe go to this place, its absolutely ammazing. Its really comfy for 4 people but 6 people also can have still enough space. And many thanks to Angela who knocked the door with a bottle of wine wishing us Buon Ferragosto😍

We are a family of 5 staying at Daniela’s place. Daniela is super friendly and proactive. We particularly love the garden that is full of jasmine flowers and we enjoyed having dinner in the garden almost every day. One set back is that the bathroom of the main bedroom is a bit humid without a fan for ventilation. We had to keep the bedroom back door open to keep the ventilation.

Wat een fantastische vakantie hebben we hier gehad! Giovanni is een geweldige host, hij gaf goede tips wat er te doen is in de omgeving en ook wat de goede restaurantjes zijn. Het beste restaurant is zonder twijfel Giovanni’s Spritz-house. Behalve een heerlijk welkomstdrankje organiseert Giovanni hier ook regelmatig een diner voor de gasten. En hij legt je dan echt in de watten. Heerlijk eten, gezelligheid en ter afsluiting een lekkere ijskoude limoncello. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig, huiselijk ingericht zodat je je hier direct echt thuisvoelt. En het uitzicht…. Magisch! We bevelen deze accommodatie van harte aan!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und teils richtig niedlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft stark von einer normalen Straße abweicht. Man fährt etwa 20 Minuten über sehr herausfordernde Wege. Wer die Natur liebt, wird dafür aber mit absoluter Ruhe und einer traumhaften Umgebung belohnt.

Meine Familie und ich waren gute zwei Wochen in Lorenzos Wohnung und wir waren begeistert. Die Lage ist wunderbar, direkt am Wasser, Gartennutzung problemlos möglich, zu Fuß kann viel erkundet werden und viele schöne Städtchen sind einfach mit Auto/ Fähre zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war tadellos und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Klare 5 Sterne 😊

Everything was amazing and the views were incredible; the apartment is exactly as described. We had a great time and highly recommend! Our only issue was finding the driveway when we first came; it was dark and we were exhausted, but more importantly, all 3 GPS applications sent us on the highway (36) instead of the coastal road (72); you have to enter from the coastal road. Best way to drive from Milan is on 36 until you get to Dervio, then come down to the coastal road. The driveway is about a mile north of Dervio.

Once again, we had a truly wonderful stay at Lorenzo and Anna-Maria’s apartment. As always, everything was spotless clean, with fast and easy communication throughout. The flexible check-in made our arrival stress-free, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The apartment is perfectly located right next to the lake, offering a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views. We especially loved spending time in the half-shaded garden—complete with garden chairs, a table and a parasol. Just steps away, there’s a charming little “pebble beach,” perfect for relaxing while the kids splash around. Evening walks along the lakeside were the perfect way to wind down after sun-filled days. A special thanks to Paola, who is always incredibly helpful and attentive with anything needed during our stay. Another big plus is the nearby ferry dock—just a short walk away—which makes it easy to explore other villages around the lake. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

Un studio authentique avec une belle vue qui se trouve à proximité de l’arrêt de ferry qui desservit les villes du lac de come (varenna m, bellagio, mennagio). L’hôte est accueillant et chaleureux. Merci pour le séjour.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles war wie beschrieben. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

I had a lovely 5 night stay with my husband and daughter. The accommodations are spacious and the back patio was my favorite spot to relax. My daughter loved the pool. The location is fantastic as it’s close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade, ferry, and restaurants. I will definitely make a return trip!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht und eine sehr außergewöhnliche, tolle Einrichtung.Die Kommunikation war super und uns wurde auch mit besonderen Wünschen geholfen.Danke für den Regenschirm:-).
